尼甘布綠樹住宿加早餐旅館(Green Wood Villa Negombo)

Great start of our SL-trip. We stayed 4 nights (and one at the end). Nice and spacious room, good bed, warm shower, a fridge and a perfect AC and fan. Everything very clean. The pool is very nice for swimming (of course) and meeting fellow travellers ( if you are open to that) Perfect breakfast with local specialties, every day something different. Close to good restaurants, shops, Atm’s and the beach (But far enough to prevent disturbance of your sleep). Lucky (owner) can and will help you with all practical information, that might be needed. Lucky and his wife know how to make a ‘spoiled western tourist’ happy. Highly recommended. And last but not least: Negombo has more to offer than many travel guides suggest. (Fish market, sunday morning market, lagoon trip, local people on the beach in the weekend). Ask Lucky. So: spent more than just one or two nights.

The place is a little heaven. Tucked away but still close to all the amenities like shops, restaurants and the beach. The hosts are both a dream, the breakfast perfect. And did I mention the pool… this is a small resort on its own. Cleanest sheets and rooms you can find in Sri Lanka. Prices are incredibly cheap compared to the service they offer. Triple star AAA rating. We will be back Sri Lanka and we will come back to Mr and Mrs Kumara and enjoy their hospitality.

Saubere Zimmer, eine ruhige Umgebung und eine sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie zeichnen diese Unterkunft aus. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Zentrum von Negombo sowie der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Great hosts who go the extra yard to make you welcome and your stay enjoyable Garden and pool very relaxing and a pleasure to enjoy Rooms are well appointed, comfortable and very clean. Proximity to Colombo International airport a big bonus Easy walking distance to beaches and bars Very enjoyable property and thoroughly recommended to visitors arriving in or leaving Sri Lanka

· L'emplacement près du centre et de la plage, le calme, la propreté et la gentillesse de Lucky et sa femme toujours souriant et serviable, bonne connaissance des choses à visiter, nous y étions pour 3 nuits à l'aller et nous y sommes retournés pour nos 3 dernières nuits après nos 18 jours de trip avant notre retour, beau cadre et très belle piscine. Bon petit déjeuner et bon équipement dans la chambre tout ok. Très bonne literie et très grand lit. N'a pas aimé · Peut être un petit coup de ménage dans la chambre après plusieurs nuits, remplacement serviettes, vider les poubelles, réapprovisionnement plateau bouilloire et eau mais cela n'as en rien dérangé notre séjour nous reviendrons si nous retournons un jour au Sri Lanka et le conseillons sans hésiter.

We booked a taxi from the airport which was in fact the owner in his car although charged taxi rates. We were given a different room to that which we booked and lied to about it being an upgrade when it was in fact a cheaper room. The shower was cold. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. There was heavy rain when we left and although only a short distance to the stair ion we ordered a tuk tuk. When we checked out the owner said there was no tuk tuk which left us in a rush for the train. He never offered to take us ( we would of paid) so we had to walk.

Stop discriminating against your own kind. The locals of Sri Lanka. What kind of hotel is this if you can't treat all your guests with equality and humility. For anyone reading, dont consider hotels such as this that promote this sort of discrimination, there are plenty of options elsewhere.
