Point positif : La plage magnifique / l’équipe d’animation et du club enfant/ restaurant japonais sympa Points négatifs : Chambre exiguës, la chambre réservée devait avoir une vue mer surprise à notre arrivée un bâtiment en construction ( marteaux piqueurs, pelle mécanique en action dès 8h)juste à une dizaine de mètres du balcon sans aucun avertissement lors de nos échanges avec l’hôtel. Résultat changement de chambre lors du séjour après des négociations avec le front office manager et réduction sur la première nuit qui depuis 10 mois n’a jamais été effectuée malgré de nombreux mails….et un document d’accord. Gros problèmes avec les chaises de plages: plus rien de disponible à partir de 7h (certains reçoivent quelques dollars et bloquent les transats..) les mangers n’ont pas l’air de s’en soucier tout comme du reste ils prennent des notes mais rien n’est fait! Nourriture peu variée au buffet et très moyenne pour un hôtel qui se dit 5 étoiles, restaurant italien déconseillé et une attente très longue… Service bagage laisse à desirer les valises sont restées une heure devant la porte sans surveillance et nous avons du les rentrer nous mêmes, cocktails au bar très moyens. Bref première et dernière fois dans cet établissement qui équivaut à un trois étoiles en europe et qui est très loin de valoir le prix que l’on a payé ! Les managers devraient un peu plus encadrer leurs équipes, les services proposés sont très moyens mais l’emplacement est magnifique.

Es una playa extensa, muy bonita, aguas transparentes, arena blanca, igual tenia algas en algunos lugares pero era como pasto (no de la alga babosa) Se puede recorrer caminando, disfrutar las vistas y relajarse Puedes llegar en auto o tomar un tour

Tout était parfait. C’était la meilleure expérience de voyage. Toute l’équipe de divertissement a rendu ce voyage tellement mémorable, merci surtout à Adrian. Tout le monde était super gentil et chaleureux. La plage était très belle et l’ambiance à la piscine était incroyable.

Nous revenons tout juste de Beaches Negril. C’est notre troisième visite à cette station. On ne reconnait plus la qualité des stations Sandals ou Beaches. On a eu plusieurs désagrément, en commençant par la chambre qui devait avoir une vu sur la plage. On nous a donné une chambre avec vue sur un chantier de construction, avec tous les bruit qui vienne avec. On nous dit que l’hotel est plein et qu’il est impossible de nous bouger avec plusieurs jours. Plusieurs chose ne fonctionne plus. Par exemple, tous les immeubles, sauf un, n’ont plus de laveuse/sécheuses. Quand il y a un bris, on se dit qu’on peut comprendre mais quand c’est généralisé et que tout les laveuses et sécheuse sont brisé, il y a un problème. Si je vais a Cuba dans un hotel a $500, je m’attend a ca. Mais pas dans un hotel à $15,000. Le plus choquant, c’est leur attitude lorsqu’on expose notre mécontentement. On a jamais senti que le management se sentait concerné. Ils ont tenté de nous faire sentir qu’on était exigent. Quand on leur fait mention des choses qui ont changé, ils vont jusqu’à prétendre que ça toujours été comme ça. Je ne sais pas pour les autres hôtel de la chaines, mais celui-ci est rendu trop cher pour ce qu’il offre.

Resort was absolutely beautiful and there was so many things to do while we were there. The employees are also amazing and very personable. We would definitely come back here and recommend staying at Beaches Negril. Also the entertainment was spectacular!! We made friends with many of them as they are so friendly and loving. Delly in particular was one we would see daily and he definitely knows how to make everyone have a good time. His choreography was incredible, the singing and the calisthenics was spectacular as well.

I had a great time at beaches Negril ! The staff were all so friendly and always went the extra mile especially Tashauna at the food truck and Rojuan at the bar . The entertainment team was absolutely amazing and put on such a good show Delly and Dershea were so interactive with me and my family and all the other guests, they always made sure to thank everyone for coming out and were interactive with everyone in the crowd and having the crowd participate. This was the very best vacation I have taken and will for sure be returning .

Just returned from a wonderful week at Beaches Negril- a fantastic place for family vacation! The weather is perfect and so are the people at the resort. The Dining room staff was excellent .The Mill Staff was good but I Notice Rockiesh one of your best Servers he was messing. Because the last time I was here he was the only staff who was Nice to us hope to see him again the next time we stay at Beaches Negril

Truly enjoyed the entertainment staff! Delano,Dershea and Shamoya. These three are truly the only reason we return year after year. The energy they bring and the way the involved my kids in actives they more than likely won’t do on their own is great. We had minor issue but Giselle at guest services handle it amazingly. Our room was nice and the overall staff is great!

The property and grounds are beautiful. The room was very clean and had a great view. The beach is amazing. Our lifeguard Kavoy kept it spotless, took care of us and taught us a lot about the local crops and culture. The entertainment crew, Nae Nae, Delly and Jose were so friendly and wonderful with my granddaughter, made her feel so special. The food was terrific. Never a bad meal or drink. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely keep coming back. It feels like home.

The concierge staff, led by Montoya, went over and beyond our expectations to ensure that every aspect of our trip would be pleasurable and stress free. The food surpassed our expectations as well with a large variety of different cuisine. Grab and go food available at the food trucks, conveniently located by the main pool and beach was a special treat. Whether the green machine salads, chicken fingers, or freshly made pizza, the staff was always accommodating and serviced my family with a smile, especially Annemarie and her staff at the green machine food truck.

Well I started by attempting to voice my complaints by email but since I couldn’t get a response, I’ll leave my honest review here. We chose to come to Beaches after we had a wonderful stay at Sandals. We chose to bring the family this time so chose beaches. For starters- the food was nothing to write home about at all. The waits were too long and service was slow. The Peruvian restaurant was the only one that was great. Secondly-shortages on alcohol. We would try to get the “drink of the day” but they were always out of the ingredients for it. They also only offer one brand of beer. Red stripe And lastly- MY CHILD CAME HOME WITH FLEAS IN HER HAIR, probably from the countless amount of stray cats that are roaming around even in the restaurants. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement, especially considering the high reputation beaches/sandals have as a company. All I can say is do better! We will not be a repeat customer anymore.

This wasn’t our first time here and it won’t be our last. This by far has been the BEST trip to Beaches Negril. I think what sets this resort apart from the other Beaches location are the staff. By far the most caring and compassionate group of people we have encountered on vacation. Beach Service has had some major improvements and a huge shout out to Shannon, Anyta and Shaneak. They took care of not just us but also my son when he took ill. Annimarie the salad chef extraordinaire and her dynamic partner and server Kaylia are so sweet. They remembered my name, checked in throughout the stay and had hugs good bye. Big Ups to the water sports staff were amazing and my son said that Lawrenzo needs a huge shout out. He took him under his wing, taught him new skills and knew is name after just a couple days. There was some mad respect shown. Now we move to Royland the butler that wasn’t ours! We didn’t have a butler room but connected with us and always ensured we were being taken care of and checked in on our son. Anyone who gets him will be well cared for!! Finally, let’s talk the Concierge Team. They are just that…a team. Shenea was our go to contact and she exceeded our expectations. After one random conversation with the Hotel Manager Danielle, the two of them put their heads together and gave us a true Jamaican experience. We are walking away from this vacation with our hearts full because of the kindness bestowed upon us from everyone here. Shenea needs to be considered for a Mgmt program as she has everything it takes to be an incredible leader. Danielle, we can’t thank you enough for showing us so much of the Jamaica life. From jackfruit to Devon house icecream to bread fruit. My biggest advice to all those that go, take time to learn more about the country you are visiting. There is so much more to embrace. This hotel really impressed with the service towards the kids. They truly make the kids feel special, interact with them throughout the day. A special shout out to our bartender Mario who made our kids surprise drinks every day, said hello any time he saw us throughout the hotel. Also Shanae was absolutely amazing, she does a lot of the entertainment games by the pool and she really interacts with the kids and makes them feel special, remembers everyone’s names. We really enjoyed the convenience of everything at the hotel, everything is no more than a quick 5 minute walk. This makes a big difference when the kids want to do multiple things in a day.

I had a great stay at Beaches Negril. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. 10/10
