The hotel and staff were wonderful! The relaxed atmosphere and easy going staff made it a very relaxing vacation! For those who want to get up early and enjoy the day in the beautiful beach this is the place for you! Late night people not some much. We loved the kind staff, good food and fun people all around! Great place to stay in Negril if you don’t want the big box resorts. The treehouse apartments are worth the short walk to the beach for sure. We will be back!

Every staff member made you feel at home and welcomed everyone in! They always went above and beyond to make your time great at Sunset at the Palms! They always walked around with a smile on their face and ready to help!! Highly recommend!!

The perfect place to relax. We enjoyed our stay at this property. We especially enjoyed Paul the Piano artist who provided excellent entertainment.

Staff and rooms were great, food was good but more vegan options would have been nice. Didn’t like that there was a lack of entertainment options

When booking the “deluxe” room i was expecting it being a little away from the road , instead it was right next to it by the fence line , very loud. Also the toilet was broken and kept filling with water every 5 mins . Told the management and nothing was ever fixed, had to fix it myself to not go crazy at night . Staff very friendly and nice , all bartenders are excellent with a great pool .

This resort is fantastic. The staff is kind and makes your stay very special. The beach is beautiful and the food is amazing. We had an amazing time and would love to come again.

The property itself was great. We did not leave the property other than going to the beach and walking the beach.

It was a tropical paradise. Our room was situated in such a way as to make it seem like we were the only ones on the island. Hummingbirds fed at the feeders while we ate breakfast from the great buffet on the patio. Tedisha, our concierge, was very helpful coordinating our schedule to ensure we were able to enjoy our excursions and spa time. The staff was eager to make sure our time there was stress free. Linford took great personal pride on a walking tour of the grounds and explained the huge array of palms, orchids, and ginger plants that adorn the property. Dinners were elegant (even the BBQ on the beach). We were able to enjoy the Chef's Showcase one night and the Lotus Leaf restaurant the next. The Chef's Showcase should not be missed! We're already making plans for next year!

Sunset at the Palms was beautiful. It was clean, the staff was kind and attentive, and the food was amazing. If you are looking for a relaxing paradise this is it!
