納爾遜貝微風假日公寓(Nelson Bay Breeze holiday Apartments)

stayed at seabreeze holiday apartments on tuesday and wedensday night 12/13th of march althought the room was very basic the cleaning service was non existant shower left untouched after use on the first night no general cleanup of room,as we had left them ve bed had blanket straightend pillows lef in same position very disapointing

Such a wonderful place to stay! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away. Very impressed with the clean, spacious apartments! The apartments had everything we needed and shops are two minutes away.Lovely, helpful staff. Can’t wait to return

Honestly had the best time, location is so close to everything, apartment was very clean and I highly recommend this beautiful apartment. Staff were also so helpful and always around if we needed anything. Little bay beach is a 2 min walk so is the marina

I believe location and cleanliness of the property is exceptional. Its a very quiet property for families. Only suggestion, if we can get the process changes of getting bond money. I believe people don't like to write their credit card number in paper on 2024. I believe there are other ways machine can do this work without paper work. Like other hotel hold the money for 7 days in the card using machine. If nothing required then they just don't charge the card and hold money gets back to the card without any issue. Like Costco fuel payment.

We booked it on very last minute. The apartment was presented Nice & tidy. Specially if you coming with family, kids will enjoy the swimming pool & you can enjoy the bbq area, which is attached next to pool. Only 2 mins walk to bay & close to all amenities. Was a very pleasant stay:) will come back.

The hotel was very clean with very nice decor, walking distance to the beach. Staff very accommodating

For a last minute holiday booking I was not excepting our apartment to be this amazing. Very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfy & the spa was an added bonus to the apartment. The location was perfect, close to the hub of Nelson bay and just a couple minute walk to the beach. Reception was very welcoming. Will definitely be booking in the future and we will be back very very soon for a little getaway. Have already recommended this place to family and friends.

The air conditioner was useless- only one wall unit tucked in the corner of the main room. Barely cooled the lounge room and bedrooms were stifling hot with no fans. Floors were dirty and the beds feel old and worn. The bathroom bins were disgusting and rusted. Had to buy long life milk from reception for tea. Very disappointing

Lovely quiet clean apartments which have everything you need. Very professional from start to finish. Would definitely stay there again.
