Nice place good for relaxing the rooms are clean ,staff is very helpful . breakfast excellent they put variety of food to select. garden and pool are clean . happy stay ever . i will definitely return

The stay at khayalami was amazing,,I enjoyed the every minute I stayed at khayalami,,the staff waz so professional..the view is good.i can recommend khayalami to other members that I'm working with and family members.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and a true reflection of what we saw on pictures. I wish we had a microwave in the room though. Overall, it was a great stay and we will definitely be going back to Khayalami again.

Booked a 6 sleeper suit but was offered standard room upon arrival. They had double booked, and then tried to blame us for their mistake. When we got to our room it had a unmade bed, only one towel, no toilet paper and a broken shower, only the unmade bed was addressed. Then the mattter to top it all ..at 4:45am a hotel staff member tried to enter our room. We raised out concerns with hotel, they said they would refund, we have not heard back from them.

Room was nice and clean and big bed. Noise level was very bad during the night. Also was disappointing that hotel did not have the rugby channel, even though they did try to get the channel on the tv.

The place was great staff was very friendly except for house keeping staff. House keeping was late and they don't clean thoroughly the room we got was dirty in the balcon area with no towels until we left. Called for room service for towels and iron they bought the itone after 2 hours never received the towels until we left. But overall the place is great nice breakfast area with good food and friendly staff there. Pool area is clean and enjoyable.

My room was very untidy. When entering the room, the first thing I noticed was that the paintings that were supposed to be on the wall, was spread out on the bed. The bed was untidy and not made up, the pillows were even piled up in the middle of the bed. There was pieces of shattered glass all over the floor that I had to clean up. When I entered the bathroom, there was buckets of paint and a stepladder stored in the bathroom. There was also no hot water connected in my room. The aircon was broken which caused quite a uncomfortably hot night in Nelspruit. I will not recommend this place to others.

I travelled with my daughters and it was very comfortable. The hotel exceeded our expectations. From the front desk lady Thabsile who would go an extra mile with a smile, the breakfast staff at the restaurant what a breeze, the cleaning staff👌the place is beautiful and would definitely visit again
