Perfectly centered to walk to all the restaurants/ bars on Main Street or walk to Ocean Grove and about 3/4 mike to Asbury. Nestled between all the beautiful beaches and less than 2 mile to Belmar. The home offers a covered front porch with a sitting and dining area for casual meals or people watch and relax while enjoying the cool breeze from the beach. Flow through the home to a Backyard oasis with outdoor grill and granite bar with a heated in-ground gunite spa to enjoy. Relaxing backyard after a long day at the beach Open floor plan with modern kitchen with a selection of non perishable goods. Enjoy the cabinets and dishwater to host your guests. Wine/ coffee/ tea bar to enjoy a drink or just enjoy a book. First floor with full bath and also has a den/ single bedroom can also use as a study. Mini split air conditioner throughout. Bamboo floor throughout makes the home bright and airy. The living area also has an electric fireplace and open dining. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting. A king bed, another with a queen bunk and the last bedroom with a double bedroom. There is also a stack washer and dryer. The bathroom is inviting with a bathtub and marble throughout. The ceilings are vaulted and gives the home an airy feel. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for the beach days. A SECURITY CAMERA IS ACTIVATED IN FRONT AND SIDE ENTRANCE.THERE WILL BE A PENALTY FOR VIOLATING HOUSE RULES.STREET PARKING ONLYIncluded are 6 beach passes ( 4 adults and 2 kids). We do not allow ANY parties or loud music outside. Bradley Beach is a quiet family oriented neighborhood and we are very respectful of our neighbors. We do require the names and ages of all guests and booking only for 25 and above. Bradley Beach township requires this information. Family can have younger adults and kids. Automated check in and out with easy communication with the host available 24 hours if need. This home is a quaint older but completely renovated Victorian with a cozy front porch and is located just 3 1/2 short blocks from the Beach just beyond the Great Auditorium and just a few short blocks from the center of town (Main Street), the famous Day's Ice Cream and a very short walk to the foot bridge leading to Asbury Park!We provide all sheets/linens and towels and general household supplies such as dishwashing and laundry supplies, paper towels and shower essentials.. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking supplies and a full set of dinnerware and cutlery. There is also a Nespresso Virtuoline Coffee Machine with frother, Vita-Mix blender, a conventional coffee maker, toaster, electric hot water kettle and microwave oven. There is a full-sized front load washer/dryer conveniently located in the rear of the first floor. The side yard is completely fenced with a new barbeque grill as well as an outdoor shower. The home has 1 gig internet & wi-fi, three new large smart TVs, new Apple computer and all new state-of-the art furnishings. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen-size bed and also another large King bedroom on the second floor with adjustable base bed and smart TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed. All mattresses are brand new.
