We are experienced travellers and have stayed at many hotels. This is such a priceworthy hotel! Very kind, helpful staff. The room was just wonderful!! Amazing ocean view, a small kitchen, tv in the kitchen area and in the bedroom. Drying rack available for swim wear and laundry. Cleaning service is excellent. Soft and very comfortable sheets in the beds. Extra blankets available if needed. Small pool available both inside and outside. Hotel is in the heart of the old part of Nerja, small beach is within 5 minutes walk as well. We saw dolphins (bring bonoculars) from the balcony and yes, you will hear the old church bell at times, but for us it was only a very nice sound that goes very well with the whole environment. Not disturbing at all. If you want a calm, clean and beautiful hotel in the heart of Nerja, this is 100% your best choice!!

Upon our arrival, the receptionist smirked and said sorry you're in the wrong hotel, and directed us to the chaparil. A good distance from where we thought we were going to stay. The photos we saw when we booked this trip were definitely the hotel in the heart of the balcon de Europa. Had we known it was this hotel, we wouldn't have booked it. Having driven almost 2000 miles to get here, and already paid half the balance we had to accept what we were given. It clearly looks like either *********** or Toboso hotels group, I'd say it's a collaboration between them both, to get these poor rooms booked out !!! We were informed on the booking that we'd have a mountain or sea view. What we have is another apartment block about 15 feet away, they refused to acknowledge this issue. We've only been here an hour and want to move on, but stuck here for 5 days now, in a room with a depressing view and no fridge either. Let's hope we can enjoy the rest of Nerja, it'll probably be the last time we visit, this has tarnished the lovely memories I have of previous visits here.

Genial como siempre. Nos ha vuelto a atender Víctor que ya más que un trabajador del hotel es un buen amigo, ojalá hubiera alguien como él en cada lugar que visitamos. Tanto las instalaciones como las habitaciones están muy cuidadas y el personal muy atento. Con ganas de volver.

Meget bra og sentral beliggenhet. Kort vei til alt. Fin og moderne studio leilighet med balkong. Veldig rent. Bra frokost i hyggelige omgivelser.

La situation de l hôtel est exceptionnelle, le personnel très gentil et serviable, propreté impeccable, les chambres sont très spacieuses, la salle de bain immense et très bien équipée. Seul bémol, une odeur de refoulement d égouts dans la chambre

Los camareros del desayuno son maleducados, me pregunta si alguna vez he estado en un buffet, por la miseria de buffet que tiene el hotel, estando con TI en mejores hoteles, los camareros se tienen que dedicar a lo suyo, no a preguntar a un cliente si ha estado en un buffet.

Receptionist Eva was really helpful at the start of our family holiday, we had ants in our room which she did support with and did offer us a replacement room. However we were given a spray which did get rid of them! Our main issue was the indoor pool filter system which ran all night, disturbing our sleep!!! (Sounds like a tap or bath running all night until 7am in the morning). We did ask speak to reception who advised it was out of their control as it was automatic system that they were unable to stop!!! However this did not happen on the first three nights of our stay. Breakfast was of medium quality, basic!

We stayed here the last week in October for 1 week for a friends wedding. The hotel and room was clean but the bed wasn’t very comfy. Both me and my hubby had restless nights and woke in the morning with aching backs. Our room overlooked the square which was beautiful. If you had the window closed then you couldn’t hear any noise. The room has an espresso coffee machine with both normal coffee and decaf coffee pods supplied. Unfortunately We weren’t a fan of the breakfast. You are given a time when you can go for brekkie, ours was 9:30 till 10. Even though they do too the food up, we found the hot food cold and the eggs dried up. We ate out for brekkie on a couple of occasions. The hotel did however, put on a beautiful wedding with a gorgeous setting. The wedding food was lovely too. Would we go back to this hotel? Probably as it was reasonably priced and the location on the balcon d’europe was perfect.
