"Everything was above expectations, we were a bit worried reading some reviews but our experience was fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and thoroughly cleaned everyday, the food was good, 2-3 main courses, 3-4 side dishes, fish everyday, fresh salads, veggies and fruits, we always found something to our taste, the kids too. the drinks were decent, the beer was cold and to our surprise, the pool had great water temperature, which we NEVER found in Bulgaria! The water is usually terribly cold in the pools, but not here, this was the best surprise ever. There are more than enough sunbeds, and the kids pool is fun even for adults 😁 The all inclusive part is great, you can always find drinks or a snack during the day. Quiet at night and confortable, big enough, beds. I've read people complaining about air conditioning, we had no problem whatsoever, it worked perfectly. A bit far from the beach but we enjoyed the walk everyday, it's a nice one trough the wild sand dunes (stroller friendly). The water is shallow enough at the beach so kids can safely play in. Exceptional value for money. We marked this vacation as a great one and plan to return. PS: There's all you can eat ice cream at lunch and dinner, the kids loved it even tho we didn't let them eat all they could eat 😅 and they even have animation for kids."

"Still here, don't fly back till 3rd July 2026, if your reading this now and booked with TUI, change your hotel now!!!, if they class this as 4*, TUI are delusional, they dont even come here, even though there is a TUI hotel round the corner 150 meters ( when adked for Rep to come here, they advised to speak to reception!!). So your all inclusive package consists of slop ( Al a carte), 4 choices of cocktails as long as they have gin, vodka or dark rum, and local Bulgarian beer, if you want international beers the only one they have is Corona but you have to pay for it. They have 2 lifts and if your on 10th floor like us, you could wait upto 20 mins to get one up or down. TUI, advertise (falsely) about entertainment and size of pool, it's tiny and when you have a lot of kids with floaty rings, ect you cannot get in pool basically everything advertised is not true. Entertainment starts as early as 7pm for kids,may have some act on, but finished by either 8.30 or 8.45, then it's, night then,lights off, your on your own. The promenade is just outside gate ( only good thing) but take extra spends for food and drink!!!, just to survive. Feel sorry for anyone who has young children or early teens, they will be bored shitless. We would cut our holiday short but by the time we have paid just to survive cant afford too, cost us enough to start with, and TUI would not re-emburse as we chose to leave. Can't make this more clear, This is not 4 star more like 2. Be warned, just another add on the majority of people staying here are Bulgarian."
