普瑞米爾約克市西北酒店的評論

房間整潔，面積30平米+，很舒適，停車免費，樓下牛排餐廳好吃不貴，酒店旁邊有個超市+加油站，牛奶、新鮮水果等等都有。夏天最熱的幾天就別住了，沒有空調。冬天沒問題，有電暖器。

房間恆溫器不工作。房間熱得要命。拉出床讓我女兒不舒服，隔著床墊都能感覺到橫桿。浴室的水槽排水不好。頭髮塞在浴缸裡。淋浴桿的一側壞了。早餐是微溫的。香腸很好吃。茶的好選擇。雞蛋和薯餅有彈性，放置時間過長。餐廳廁所，早上，男廁所沒有衛生紙。我們晚上吃了晚飯，牛排有點硬，但我兒子非常喜歡烤肉。工作人員非常友好。我住過很多 premier 旅館，但這恐怕不是最好的旅館之一。失望的。

作為一個有兩個孩子的家庭，我們經常使用 Premier Inns。幾乎每個月我們都會在英國的某個地方逗留。這個 PI 很可愛，非常適合去約克。我們以前住過這裡，因為這裡有充足的免費停車位、Beefeater 餐廳和附近的其他餐飲場所，包括中餐廳（隔壁）以及麥當勞和 M&S Food，距離酒店 2 分鐘車程。房間寬敞舒適，配有“舊式”家具（我個人更喜歡這種家具，因為您可以獲得更多擱架和儲物空間）。唯一的缺點是沒有空調，一家四口住在一個房間裡，晚上確實很熱。不過其他一切都很好，我們會再次入住。我們住了 4 晚，參加了各種活動，包括國家鐵路博物館、城堡博物館和約克周圍的一條在建築物上發現貓的小徑（這是免費的，我們下載了地圖 - 總共發現了 22 隻貓，我們的孩子非常喜歡這樣做過幾天）。從這家酒店開車到約克大約需要 15 分鐘，城市邊緣有充足的停車位。有一天，我們還打了一輛出租車去約克，單程花費了 11.80 英鎊，而且是在銀行假期。 Park and Ride into York 非常適合每 15 分鐘一班的巴士。每人 3.60 英鎊退貨，13 歲以下兒童免費。 👍

不錯的酒店，有很多停車位，而且在約克來說價格合理。食物不是最好的，但足夠好。工作人員很友好，但有些是新來的，處理客人的時間比平時長。我會再住在這裡。

In short: Great staff Nice room Breakfast was awesome Location was perfect for getting York City Centre Parking was good Only marked down to a 4 as we were promised a bottle of wine on arrival which was had to ask for but told it couldn’t be brought up to our room until the following night. I would certainly stay here again.

We stopped at premier Inn North west as going to an Event at York raceway. First impressions was very positive, Staff was friendly and helpful with info on our stay. Room itself was clean and very well presented for a budget hotel chain and a very comfortable bed too. The food was fantastic as it was a Beefeater joined to the hotel plus a big thank you with the restaurant to Mitchell where we had great service from him and even remembered us at breakfast in the morning that put a smile on our faces! Overall had a great stay and would recommend staying here if anyone is visiting York!

This is just a 10 minute drive into York. The staff presence was fantastic and they really couldn’t do enough for you - especially Joshua on Reception. We were a family of 6 and well looked after. Highly recommended.

The Hotel was very clean, the staff are friendly and efficient, rooms are a good size and really comfortable plus the bar and restaurant are welcoming with really good food.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in total comfort, very clean and well equipped room. Very friendly staffwere always available. Great sleep quality on such comfortable bed.

The room was an excellent size and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable, there were effective blackout curtains and I slept well. The Beefeater next door is not linked to the hotel but be warned it closes very early so you can’t spend the evening there enjoying a drink. I was irritated that my room cost the same as my mother’s but faced a brick. The lack of view was less of a problem than the lack of natural light.

I booked this as it had free parking and short trip to park n ride. Clean room, very peaceful at night. I drove to park n ride because although you could walk it was a path next to a very busy dangerous road. Park n ride took a few mins to city centre for £3.80 return. Bus pass paid £1.30 return Convenient for city centre. A lovely time was had.

Comfortable room, staff friendly and the room was clean. Only reason for a lost star was the external noise from trains running regularly by as you needed window open to keep the room at a comfortable temperature on the warm day we stayed. Yes a fan in the room but not the cleanest so not really an option to put on and also not helpful for a night time use!

Rather than stay in York City Centre we opted for this Premier Inn as it was close to the Park and Ride. Whilst the hotel is in what appears to be an industrial estate, the attached Beefeater offers a great breakfast and a good choice of meals, additionally only a 5 minute walk away is the Wetherby Whaler (great fish and chips) and a Chinese restaurant (we did not sample the food on this occasion) and only a short drive away is a Tesco Extra, Costa, Greggs, KFC and MacDonalds meaning you won't be short of anything. The hotel itself was the quality we expect from Premier Inns with there exceptionally comfy beds, our only complaint in this occasion was the 10.5 tog duvet in 22 degree heat which was less than ideal, we decided to remove the duvet from the cover to use as a sheet and took advantage of the fan provided which helped with sleeping. We did have a small issue of a dodgy kettle which tripped the fuse box but within 10 minutes the fuse box was reset and we had a new fully functioning kettle. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay at the Premier Inn York Business park. Very helpful and informative staff and made us feel welcome. The restaurant staff very helpful and friendly to us especially a member of staff Matthew who was a very good person and very knowledgeable about the restaurant and the food and extremely patient and very helpful. A credit to all the staff and management. Thank you Matthew.
