The hotel is nice ,excellent location ,very near to business area and festival mall .Staff are friendly and helpful,always smiling .I have two remarks , a/c is very strong and pillows are stiff . Apart from that the hotel in really excellent.

Super desserts from the chef who had prepared our fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. We were so delighted with it and told him so, and he gave us some complementary desserts.

Pros: The reservation by email was fast. This is a small hotel located in New Cairo. The room was very clean and spacious and had very good sleeping quality. Breakfast is good with basic options, yet no Gluten-Free options. We tried the Japanese restaurant for dinner, the food was very delicious, and professional service however, they do not have any dessert options. Cons: The check-in process was too slow, and the receptionist asked if we wanted to have a pool view or a city view room, but surprisingly, the pool was EMPTY and not functioning!!! The stay was to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I requested a simple room decoration on arrival This was NOT DONE!!!! The WiFi connection is very bad and most of the time down.

Worst hotel ever . Bad services , I visited a lot of hotels but I didn’t see one very bad in all services as this hotel , bad quality and poor hotel and I will not go again , i visited Hilton and Baroon and Radison and holiday but this hotel is horrible, when I visited I felt so disappointed

The hotel is very accessible lies in a well serviced area, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and also Gobus company station is next to it. The check-in process was fast. The room was very good, well kept, many thanks to housekeeping. The main restaurant was nice, staff were professional, breakfast was delicious with many choices. The pool area was good but, the pool was not heated enough although they were saying it is heated, towels are only available on request.
