這家旅館非常不好，請不要訂這家，訂了就是被他們騙到了。
這家旅館連在google map上也找不到，名字根本不同，位置也很爛。
我已經從網路上完成付款了，結果到現場時又要求我再付一次費用，說是押金，但根本不會退費。
另外房間超級宰小，跟照片完全不符合。
房間的衛生也沒有打掃好，廁所，床單 枕頭套跟被子都不乾淨。
沒有附任何的盥洗用具，我訂雙人房，但只給我一條毛巾，再跟他要時，還不願意給。
早餐也跟照片完全不符合，是一人一份只有吐司夾蛋，我要求不要辣，結果還是做非常辣的。我請他08:30送餐，等到09:30才送來。
晚上總機他們直接把電話線拔掉，打不進去。白天打時，居然要求我講印度文，服務員說不會英文，哪有旅館服務員是不會英文的，而且態度極不好。
總而言之，整體就像被一群詐騙集團氣的要死。
請千萬不要來。
我是連一顆星都不想給。
This hotel is absolutely terrible. Please do not book this place; booking it is like falling into their scam.
This hotel cannot even be found on Google Maps, and the name is completely different. The location is awful.
I had already completed the payment online, but when I arrived at the property, they asked me to pay again, claiming it was a deposit, which they never refunded.
The room was incredibly small and completely different from the pictures. The hygiene was terrible—bathrooms, bedsheets, pillowcases, and blankets were all dirty.
They did not provide any toiletries. I booked a double room, but they only gave me one towel. When I asked for another, they refused to provide it.
The breakfast was nothing like the pictures. It was just a single serving of toast and egg. I specifically requested non-spicy food, but they made it extremely spicy. I asked for breakfast to be delivered at 8:30 AM, but it only arrived at 9:30 AM.
At night, they disconnected the telephone line at the front desk, so no one could call in. During the day, when I called, they de***ded I speak in Hindi. The staff claimed they didn’t understand English. How can hotel staff not know English? On top of that, their attitude was awful.
In short, this whole experience felt like dealing with a scam operation.
Please do not stay here under any circumstances. If I could, I wouldn’t even give it one star.
