Terrible mould smell from old ventilation system, was obliged to cancel booking for return staying on 8th Aug because of that.  Amazing window view ;)

I reached the hotel and was told there was no room available even after having a confirmed reservation. After waiting the receptionist said “ok i will give you a room” as if doing a favor. Not expected from a $500 reservation.

I stayed there for 31st night with my two kids and parents - excited to ring in the new year! But everything went south! Well not sure it should be a five star property Check-in : they couldn’t find my bookings of two rooms even when I had already emailed them the details and we were communicating from a week Prior. Room: extra bed provided (on charge) was hard plywood folding type, the mattress provided with that was as hard as a rock. We couldn’t sleep obviously- imagine this being 1st of Jan - first day of new year Service: the overall hospitality was amiss. At 2 am the bed would only be provided if i pay first!! The duty manager will not be available to speak or address the issues! At time of check-out no mention of all the hassles of previous night and they charged twice the price for that horrendous bed!! Please help yourself - book somewhere else.

Service was sub par for a hotel of this price, wish there was more recognition when we first enter the compound. The facilities and ambience of the hotel was good neither the less.
