Worst stay. Bed was making too much noise even on turning your position. Water flow in washbasin was irregular and Staff at reception is not friendly especially a lady. I will not Never recommend this hotel to anybody. In this budget you can get better property

Someone writing a review while already at the hotel means someone is really not happy. I checked in today at Ramadha by Wyndham, Pitampura. Being a non-Dehlite, who has heard a lot about Delhi and it’s delicacies, ordered some food from Swiggy which was smoothly delivered and kept at the reception as I was out of the hotel for some reason. When I returned and requested Mr Manoj Kumar ( available authority at reception) to Kindly send it to my room, he politely agreed. When I did not recieve the parcel for quite a long time, I had to call them again to ask for it This is the time when he rudely asks me ti come and pick the food from the reception. I was completely exhausted and wanted to relax but as he was rude and adamant, I had to change and go to the reception to get my good as I was hungry. If these are the strict rules of the hotel, why didn’t they inform while checking in? Or why did they accept the parcel? Earlier he said, outside food is not allowed in the hotel ( i have never heard of this ever in any hotel that I have ever stayed). There is no such term or condition mentioned in the booking reciept. Neither is any such rule written anywhere in the room or reception. I am absolutely disgusted. He wasnt apologetic at all.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at this hotel for two miserable days. Ramada, a name that is supposed to signify luxury and quality, has sadly descended into the depths of degradation with this particular hotel. It appears that Ramada is now offering the level of service one might expect from a third-rate, run-down lodge or an Oyo establishment, while charging exorbitant rates purely for the tarnished brand name. Hotel Ramada by Wyndham Pitampura has single-handedly ruined the reputation of the Ramada chain. The staff at this establishment are completely clueless about the meaning of the word 'hospitality.' Their behavior is very arrogant. I must make a special mention of the restaurant staff, Sonu. His conduct was nothing short of repulsive, and his lack of basic etiquette when dealing with guests was astonishing. I was treated with such rudeness that it left me surprised.
