Ich war für einige Tage geschäftlich im Hotel, kam recht früh mit dem Flugzeug gegen 6:00 Uhr an, was ich auch adressierte. Leider war die Meldung mit meiner Anreise nicht richtig verarbeitet worden und ich musste Stunden auf ein Hotelzimmer warten nach einem langen Flug. Das Personal war nicht in der Lage zeitnah ein Zimmer zu organisieren. Das Hotel ist relativ ruhig und nur 30 Minuten vom Flughafen per Taxi gut erreichbar. Der Service abgesehen vom Check inn war ok. Die Zimmer sind weitgehend sauber, aber die Möbel und die Ausstattung sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war gut und ich habe Abends auch mehrfach das Restaurant genutzt. Auf dem Zimmer werden mit Bügelverschluss versehene abgefüllte Glasflaschen angeboten, was ich nicht ganz hygienisch finde.

I only had one request, I booked the room (one of their premium) with breakfast. Due to some important work I had to leave early so I requested hotel manager if I can have lunch or dinner instead of brekfast because I won't be available anyway. They outright said NO. See I understand every hotel has policy but I am also spending more than 30 days a year in hotels and I generally had to skip brekfast because of flight or anything else other hotel were so supportive they said YES without a second. Or provide 50percent discount on alacarte lunch or dinner. They provided nothing. NOTHING.
Nous avons passé une nuit pour transit aéroport. Nous sommes ravis l’hôtel est digne d’un palace en France au prix d’un 2 étoilé, nous avons était reçu comme des reines. Les repas sont délicieux. Le bémol est pour *********** car nous avons dû repayer un supplément en arrivant car le seul truc d’écrit petit et non traduit en français stipuler que nous réservions une chambre que pour 6 heures ce qui parait impensable. Nous pensions avoir un baignoire et c’était une douche. Sinon l’hôtel nous y retournerons avec plaisir pour un plus long séjour. Encore merci au responsable qui est au petit soin.

This is our 6th time coming to flavors restaurant at Golden tulip hotel with our family for dinner. The food was delicious and the service was excellent as always. Mr Sahil and Sushil treat us very well every time . Their behaviour is very polite and the professional,Thank you for making today a memorial day for me and my family.

We organised our 50th anniversary event on pool side area at hotel golden tulip gurgaon.It was an amazing and satisfying experience. A special mention For Mr.Sahil,FnB head who is so supportive and ready to go extra mile for customer. Thank you Team Golden Tulip Hotel.

Please DO NOT HOST YOUR WEDDING OR OTHER FUNCTIONS HERE❌️❌️❌️. The Golden Tulip Hotel RUINED the wedding experience. We hosted a wedding in my family in the so called 4 star hotel expecting a memorable wedding experience. They sure made it memorable for us and our guests by embarrassing us with their low grade services of decoration of stage and venue. The hotel works in collusion with their service provider Gagan, the decorator in this case, to defraud the customers. Hotel said it was their hotel policy to engage only vendors approved by them. Gagan, their approved vendor, took 100% advance payment from us by citing hotel policy and delivered below standard birthday party style decoration for the wedding day. He considerably reduced the size of stage leading to chaos for guests coming to greet the couple and installed no focus lights on the stage, RUINING, not just the wedding experience but also the wedding photos forever. At other places in the venue, he did useless decoration, one that you expect in a kid birthday party and not in a 4 star wedding. In the attached picture, there is a selfie point that the vendor, Gagan installed just near the seating area, making the selfie point useless. When he was asked to move the selfie point before the event, he blatantly refused to comply. The hotel manager MR. SAHIL and General Manager Mr. ANIL HAVE REFUSED ANY ACCOUNTABILITY for the vendor Gagan and the hotel left us alone to deal with the vendor selected by them. WORST SERVICES. DO NOT TAKE CHANCE WITH HOSTING YOUR EVENTS HERE. HOTEL IS LEAST BOTHERED IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG.

Extremely Disheartening Wedding Experience at Hotel Golden Tulip 😡😡 I am writing this review as the brother of the groom, and as someone who stood by my family through every stage of the wedding preparations. What we experienced at Hotel Golden Tulip was deeply upsetting and something no family should have to deal with on such a special occasion. We selected this hotel expecting a certain level of professionalism that naturally comes with a 4-star property. Sadly, those expectations were not met. From the beginning, the hotel refused to let us bring our own decorator, repeatedly citing internal policy and pushing us to choose from their empanelled vendors. Trusting the hotel’s assurance, we agreed—an unfortunate decision in hindsight. The empanelled decorator (Gagan) assured us that all requirements were clearly understood. However, on the wedding day, the reality was completely different. The stage was noticeably smaller than agreed upon, and movement on the stage was restricted without any prior discussion. This made guest interactions and photographs extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the lighting on the stage was poorly planned, resulting in dull and unusable photographs—an incredibly embarrassing outcome for a wedding. The décor was equally disappointing. We were promised a balanced combination of fresh and artificial flowers, but instead, the setup was dominated by low-quality artificial flowers, completely compromising the look and feel we had envisioned. One of the most shocking lapses was the complete absence of proper mandap seating for the bride, groom, and parents. As a family, we had to scramble at the last moment and make do with regular guest chairs—something that should never happen at a professionally managed wedding venue. Despite clearly requesting elegant white paper ball lights throughout the lawn, cheap, colorful Diwali-style lights were installed, ruining the entire aesthetic of the event. Adding to our frustration, the decorator took full advance payment, misleading us by stating that this was mandated by the hotel. When we approached the hotel management to address these serious failures, we were met with complete indifference. The General Manager, Mr. Anil Malha, ***** with Mr. Sahil, distanced the hotel from all responsibility, stating that the issue was between us and the vendor. This was extremely disappointing, especially since the hotel had enforced the use of this vendor in the first place. As a brother, it was painful to witness my family deal with unnecessary stress, embarrassment, and emotional turmoil on what should have been a joyful and memorable day. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise future families to carefully reconsider this venue if they value accountability, transparency, and peace of mind during their wedding celebrations.

The vendor (Gagan) failed on every promise—poor décor, reduced stage, bad lighting, and complete mismanagement. The hotel refused responsibility despite enforcing the vendor. Bizarre and Disappointing Wedding Experience at Hotel Golden Tulip We chose Hotel Golden Tulip for our wedding, trusting that a 4-star property would ensure professionalism and quality on such an important day. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel did not allow us to engage our own decorator, citing “hotel policy,” and insisted that we book one of their empanelled vendors. Trusting the hotel, we agreed—something we deeply regret. Despite making big promises and clearly understanding our requirements, the vendor (Gagan) failed miserably on the wedding day. Without informing us, the stage size was reduced significantly, and access to the stage was restricted, making it difficult for us to interact & take photograph with the guests. There were no proper focus lights on the stage, resulting in dark, unusable photographs—leading to sheer embarrassment, especially on social media. Instead of the promised 50–50 mix of fresh and artificial flowers, cheap artificial flowers were used throughout the décor. Shockingly, no mandap chairs were arranged for the bride, groom, or parents. We were forced to use regular guest chairs as a last-minute compromise. We had clearly requested white paper ball lights across the entire lawn, but instead, the vendor used cheap, colorful Diwali-style lights, completely ruining the aesthetic. The vendor took 100% advance payment, misleading us by stating that it was part of the hotel’s policy. When we raised these serious concerns with the hotel management, the General Manager (Anil Malha) refused to take any responsibility, stating that the matter was strictly between us and the vendor. This response was extremely disappointing and ironic—especially since the hotel itself had insisted that we use their listed vendor in the first place. When that very vendor failed and caused us distress on our wedding day, the hotel conveniently distanced itself and left us to deal with the consequences alone. Overall, this experience caused us significant stress, embarrassment, and emotional distress on what was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives. We strongly advise future couples to reconsider this venue if they wish to avoid unnecessary stress and disappointment on such an important day.
