Absolutely terrible, This hotel is in urgent need of refurbishment and should not be open. The staff are indeed excellent but are being put in the position of having to defend an unacceptably poor standard of accommodation and customers who have been mis-sold. The rooms have a severe damp problem and the restaurant and bar are actually closed - they just serve limited items to unfortunate guests. Well done to the staff but you should not have to put up with this.

I had a lovely 2 night stay here. The staff make the place. Without exception they were very welcoming and they all worked really hard to provide an excellent service. My poached egg, cooked I understand by Ben, was perfection.

Kirsten went above and beyond in her service and care. There were no rooms available so she booked me in at another Premier inn down the road. As I was leaving Kirsten came running into the car park in the rain to tell me someone had just cancelled and there was a room available.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel! Woke up to a lovely breakfast and the staff member Matthew was very polite and helpful during the time we were eating and made the experience lovely. My younger sisters (9 and 6) loved the cooked breakfast!

The room was very comfy and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Kiera was so welcoming, knowledgeable about the area and kind! Lovely atmosphere and we would definitely stay again as a family.

My stay was lovely at Lymington Premier Inn- Kiera was an absolute godsend, she was welcoming and really made me feel comfortable, she’s really going places and Reece was just lovely! Definitely recommend!!

Great experience at this hotel, staff happy to help with anything, room spotless and had a good night sleep all you could ask for really .

The place from the outside didn’t give much hope. But the staff and the way they made us feel were superb. They were so kind, our room had biscuits left as a welcome gift. Kiera on reception was such a superstar, she was there for every need and was cooking and service our food at one point. Her poached eggs were the best we’d had through our weekend stay. Don’t lose her! Reece was a great server, he was there most the evenings we were there and he was very sweet! Our room was cleaned and serviced by Gemma:)

Had a lovely stay here! Kiera at reception was amazing, helped us so much! Reece was a great server also. All in all they really accommodated to what we needed and made our stay even better!!!

Great little hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and the breakfast and dinner service was brilliant. Would saty here again.

Please avoid booking this hotel. We booked a 2 night break. On arrival the hotel looked nothing like the photos. It looked derelict. The pub is closed except for breakfast and dinner. There was a small section being used. The room was not cleaned to a good standard. When we entered the restaurant at 6pm we were greeted with a filthy chef that hadn't even started work yet. Black top with food all down it. This was the nail in the coffin for us. I would hate to see the state of the kitchen. We packed up and left. In all we were in our room for 3hrs. So what should have been a nice break was a nightmare and we travelled 2.5hrs home. We have been denied a refund as it was our choice to leave!. Who really wants to stay in a place like this. The lad on reception was nice and said he would also feel the same way. So please avoid booking here

The main hotel was pleasant and clean, although we had a premier plus room, and the coffee machine had not been cleaned from the previous visitors and was full of used coffee pods, also the tea, coffee and sugar in the room had not been replenished, not a big deal as they were available on the reception desk. The restaurant/bar was very disappointing. The bar area opened at 5 pm and had no furniture in it, so you had to sit where they used as the restaurant area, which was small and not that comfortable. Stayed 2 nights, the first night dinner took a long time to be served, considering there were only four other people in the restaurant at the time, the food was bland, and very disappointing. Due to the location, there was nowhere else to eat within walking distance, so on the second night we had to use the restaurant again. Sorry to say it was even worse than the first night. We ordered a chicken skewer and crispy prawns. The prawns were OK, but the chicken skewer consisted of one skewer with three pieces of chicken for £6.79, not value for money. Our mains were chicken katsu curry, which was lacking in flavour and very bland to look at. Also ordered was a Create Your Own Pizza, with sausage, bacon and pepperoni. It was awful; it had the most disgusting aftertaste. We only ate a very small amount and requested a refund (which we did get). All the food we had whilst there was never presented in a way you looked forward to trying it, there was never any little side salad or garnishes, to say bland and boring is an understatement.
