酒店設施完備，衞生整潔，職工友善可愛，由於攜程的原因，房間可能定錯了，他們免費給我們調整了大房間，住的很滿意

It was an amazing experience! Gorgeous scenery. Near McDonald's which is open 24.7 and Costa and WH Smiths as well.

Had read dome negative reviews but actually had a great experience.
Room was spacious bathroom lovely. Fresh and beautifully clean. Loved the decor.
Excellent staff, especially as I arrived 1am!
Bargain at £41 as well! Will definitely use as a stopover fir Scotland fron now on!

Quiet with great views. Comfortable bed. No air conditioning relying on fan in room to keep cool but overall comfortable stay

Lovely stop for an overnight stay en route to Scotland from the south. Very dog friendly too. Easy free parking - McDonald's next door. Take snacks etc as no shops nearby. Very comfortable - fabulous views and great value.

If Carlsberg did motorway service hotels…
Absolutely stunning location, lambs, swans, signers, lake and sailboats. Simply beautiful, especially considering it’s a motorway services with all the conveniences that entails. The man on reception bent over backwards to help us as we had forgotten to book an accessible room. Excellent.

The building fit out is desperately in need of a makeover. The rooms need painting and bathrooms replacing as difficult to clean being in poor state. Shower curtain too long and made bath slippery. Safety issue for guests. As a 1 night stop over it was adequate.

The property is showing it's age and lack of investment. Woodwork in room was very worn and coming away from the wall in places. Bathroom in need of major updating. Staff not on front desk at times when the notice said they would be. Reported heater in room flashing on continually denoting a fault. Nothing done. Bed fine, slept well!
