This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. First of all, there was no one at the front desk when I checked in at 10pm, but after a while, a staff member came back from outside. Also, the door to the room could not be locked from the inside. Furthermore, the hair dryer did not work. There was no front desk number on the phone, and no one answered the phone even though I called the front desk multiple times via the hotel's number that I got from IHG call center. Since no one answered the phone, I went to the front desk, but there was no one there either. The staff member who was there when I checked in was eating something on the nearby sofa. I asked for the hair dryer to be replaced, but they did not do so. The building was old and dark, and there was no staff working properly. I think I was unlucky in many ways, but this was the level I paid about $200 a night. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, with only very disappointing memories. I will never stay again, but I hope others do not have the same experience.
