Room was clean, but spartan. Some charger outlets worked but not others. I was not expecting a lot for the price, but the noise from above my room throughout the night at late hours sounded like it was a martial arts studio, with long periods of running and thumping. Did not get good nights' sleep.

The air conditioner was awesome! The room needed an upgrade. The stove was dirty and old. The towels were not the best. But I would go there again.The bed was comfortable and clean.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Dirty and Smelly! I booked America’s Best Value Inn in New London through *******, and it was the worst experience of my life. The room had a horrible urine smell coming from both the bedroom and bathroom. The bedsheets were dirty, the towels were stained, and the furniture was old, ripped, and in terrible condition. The whole place felt unhygienic, and we all started feeling sick because of the awful smell and filth. For the high price they charge, I was expecting at least a clean and comfortable room — but it was absolutely disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible experience — stay away!
