Bathroom is very bad ,room is Bathroom smell, bad service

Le motel est bien placé pour visiter la région. Personnel peu aimable lors du check-in. Qualité globale convenable (propreté des draps à vérifier à l’arrivée). Le petit déjeuner est assez sommaire.

I actually didnt get to stay here. The women at the desk were rude. I was also charged when i asked for them to cancel

Overall this hotel is a good solid stay. No frills, average all the way around. It's exactly what I paid for and I have no complaints. It's a bit dated, but safe.

It’s a clean, convenient, safe, friendly budget hotel. The building is a bit aged. Great service and full breakfast with waffles. Good for last minute or just economical. Walkable to other restaurants.

Adding the "Wyndham" name to the hotel name is very misleading. I am familiar with the Wyndham hotel brand and this one is nowhere near those properties. This property was dirty needed maintenance had unsafe areas like open closets with second floor laundry chutes left open where children could fall into. Room doors with large gaps at the bottom.

Room was small and not well maintained. Hallways are dimly lit, walls and doors battered in places, curtains askew, and parking lot potholed. The photos you see on the internet are highly deceiving as to the actual condition of the property.

Stayed here because it was the only option left for New Years weekend. Arrived a little late to check in at normal time to be told rooms weren't ready. This was after watching 2 employees argue and fight in front of us. So we were asked to come back later. When we come back we're told we can have get in our rooms but they won't have towels til later. Overall rooms were dirty and old. Beds were loud and uncomfortable. Pillows were horrible. We never received turnover service or fresh sheets despite asking for it. Walls were thin and other guest were loud at all hours. Staff was not helpful or seemed to care to do anything. Breakfast seem to not have something every morning like Coffee but no creamer. Will never stay here again and only recommend to stay away.

The property is filthy. Our room was given to us without cleaning. While waiting for a substantial amount of time for it to be serviced, we heard and saw numerous other customers complaining with issues. The bathroom to the lobby was unavailable, internet was down indefinitely, room without heat, our room -once available- would have been perfectly adequate had we not had the lobby experience. The TV, however, did not work. Safety was a big concern of mine. I personally did not feel safe there. The main desk kept referring to our room number loudly. As a woman traveling alone with a young daughter, I did not care for that particularly in front of multiple groups of men. The woman at the front desk was calm and spoke nicely to patrons but her standard answer to literally everyone who approached her with a problem was that it wasn’t in her control or she couldn’t do anything.
