The location is perfect , few minutes walk to the French quarter, close to great restaurants in the business district. The building is nice. Our room was a premium room, it was large enough with a good bathroom. The service was ok but not excellent. Overall we had a great time but not sure we would return again.

This is one of most charming hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was well appointed, super clean, quiet and bathroom was terrific—huge with nice quality sundries. The staff could not have nicer, everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The coffee service in the morning was a standout, and little extras like cookies and wine and cheese were very much appreciated. This feels more like a small boutique hotel than one affiliated with a large brand like Hyatt. We would 100% stay again next time we are in NO.

A True Boutique Hotel Our room was beautifully appointed and furnished! Every need was met with prompt and friendly service. The hidden speakeasy bar and complementary wine and cheese was not the more usual type of hotel "free" offerings -but top notch wines and cheese boards. The hotel was the highlight of our first visit to New Orleans!

This is a beautiful hotel, it has real French charm. Rooms are beautiful, comfy beds. Sheets could be bit softer. Service is great, love the coffee/tea service at your door each morning. Breakfast was delightful. Loved the speakeasy room and love the decor of the bar area. We will be back!

This was our first visit to NOLA in 25 years and we left our originally booked hotel because of the room conditions. We were so happy to find Maison Metiere!!!! The hotel was wonderful with beautiful accommodations, incredible staff, excellent restaurant and so many unique extras. We will make this our home away from home for the next several years.

The property illegally charged me over $1,600 when I checked in. They still have not been able to resolve this or provide me with an explanation. I have called, left voicemails and have received no response.

Beautiful property. Quaint, intimate and peaceful. Perfect retreat for work. Note that pool and gy.lm amenities are located next door, at sister property "The Barnett". On-site restaurant only serves breakfast, but sister property has a decent restaurant, as well as other local eats nearby.
