Exceptional experience all the way around. Will now make this hotel our go to every time we visit Nola

Centrally located in the french quarter. Quite. Close to shopping, restaurants and music. Adding a breakfast pastry area with coffee would be a plus.

Absolutely loved the property. The room was quaint and easy to access. The proximity to everything was perfect - walkable to Harrahs, Bourbon, Jackson Square and so much more. There’s a beautiful courtyard. I felt safe and comfortable the property. The staff seemed very unhappy to work there, for the most part. Our room wasn’t ready, even after 4; and the front desk employee couldn’t get anyone from housekeeping to answer. After waiting a while, we were offered and accepted another room. We asked for 4 k-cups of coffee but were only allowed 2. At departure, we asked to bring our vehicle down at the front desk and were told we had to call. We went back to the room and tried to call but no one answered. We ended up having to go back to the lobby with our bags to request our car, and wait for about 25 minutes while we watched several other folks request their car the way we had tried without refusal. I was even chastised by the front desk employee that we were told to call from the room, and she seemed really irritated with us when we informed her we had tried several times but no one answered. Hopefully it was just a bad day for a few folks.

This charming hotel embodies the quintessential French Quarter experience, setting it apart from the typical large chain hotels. Its enchanting courtyard, complete with a pool and fountain, alongside the picturesque balcony offering views of the bustling streets, greatly enhanced our New Orleans visit. The front lobby staff were exceptionally accommodating, readily attending to our every need with utmost willingness. The housekeeping team did an impeccable job in maintaining the cleanliness of our room each day. Should I return to New Orleans, this hotel would undoubtedly be my exclusive choice for accommodation.

Perfect location for French Quarter right in between Bourbon street & Jackson square. Amazing staff! Super clean rooms. We will be back!

The rooms are very clean and modern but still have that old New Orleans magic. The courtyard is a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, which they kept us stocked with! Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the maid came by at 10 a.m. sharp every morning and we had to get up and sign her list. We also had some trouble with the shower clogging the last morning but they took care of it fairly quickly. Luckily we weren't rushing to catch a flight. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

The room we got is windowless, which is a bit strange, but we didn't actually miss it at all. We arrived at the hotel later at night, just a few minutes away from Bourbon St. The room, as well as the hotel in general, offered a tasteful blend of old and modern elements. The price was reasonable, around $138, but I found the parking to be too expensive at $42 plus tax. Despite that, I would recommend it.
