酒店還不錯。位置不錯，步行即可到達許多餐廳和街角商店。工作人員非常好。我的微波爐壞了，所以接待員儘快把我和我的朋友搬到另一個房間。肯定會推薦。

Upon our arrival, the shower water was running and would not turn off for the entirety of our stay. There was a hole in the wall and the smell of cigarettes, despite claims of being a no smoking room. It is important to note that the staff was kind and since we only stayed one night, we did not communicate these issues. We selected this property for price, so I did not have high hopes, but looking back I would have paid a few extra bucks to avoid this experience.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was small but varied. The room was perfectly clean and acceptable. The only negative is that the area was a little sketchy and so were the clientele. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

For the money it was decent but nothing special. The outside is gated and requires a key after the office is closed so it makes you feel a little safer. Breakfast was just cereal or pancakes. Fro the price if i go back to new orleans i would book here again.

I didn't spend much time in the hotel other than to sleep. We got into the city late for a concert and didn't check in until after, around 11:30pm. We were out by 8:30 am. I was pleased with my stay. It was a bit noisy but I could deal with that for the short time. My only annoyance was that the eggs and sausage were gone by 8:15am. I did like that at night the gate was closed.

I had a wonderful experience at the Quality Inn I-10 East property. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check-in late at night. Every staff member I encountered from the server to the cleaning staff was delightful and super-helpful. My room had a nice view of the pool. Although located in New Orleans East, it is a perfect property for a weekend gateway. I enjoyed the continental breakfast as well. Definitely worth the price as compared to other downtown hotels. Definitely Recommend it !

Overall, good. My only complaint is that there was not a counter and sink with a mirror to lay out items such as tooth brush, shaving gear, etc. As a handicapped individual, this did make some things a bit difficult.
