Wouldn't book again. Paid for balcony, 1st night was not given because " sold out" but no refund could be given. Next sent to a room that had no working shower. Only 1 attendant helpful. Walking distance from Burbon street. But wouldn't book again.

Non working safe, too few towels for 2 people, mold on the ceiling and vents and antiquated a/c.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was great and served in a timely manner. The room was perfect for what we needed!

I love this hotel, so im not sure i know what or how to rate it. We stayed this past weekend and on Saturday night, my husband ended up with a serious allergic reaction to whatever they used in the bathroom to clean or possibly use to wash laundry. He had to go to the er and was prescribed 6 different meds. I ended up with a rash on my face, arms, chest and legs. I asked the front desk when we returned from the hospital what they used for cleaning or possibly laundry and was told he didn't know because he doesn't see housekeeping. No offer of let me ask manager when they arrive (it was almost 6am when we got back from er) no let me leave a not for housekeeping. It definitely ruined our stay.

I like the quietness at night and the inside restaurant. Staff was nice but didn’t like the fact that tv did not work, no heat we really had to take a shower in a cold room and hot water was just warm, refrigerator didn’t work well and no microwave

The location is great, close to Burbon street. Easy to park (vallet). Try the Bar its always full of guest and locals dancing to amazing live bands. We complained about our sinck being blocked from checkin, but they were not able to fix it during our 2 days there. Still recomend you to stay here.

This place was a very pleasant place to stay for the price point. An older building as most are in the French quarter could use some updates in the rooms. The courtyard was amazing, my wife and I spent a lot of time here and the restaurant/bar was nice. The bands were fun to watch at night and the bfast in the morning was more than expected. All together a nice trip.

The property is in a great location. Its right next to numerous restaurants and attractions, close enough to bourbon st. but still far enough away for it to be quiet. The staff was friendly and nice ad the book/courtyard onsite was nice. Some of the rooms (like ours) had a very short balcony railing, which isn't kid friendly, but others had taller ones. The internet and TV did not work either, so that was the biggest drawback, especially since we brought it up multiple times.

The fons could not call out. I tried 4 different rooms. The restaurant and bar were fulled closed except Sundays. ? The pool which was supposedly heated, was closed. Sad, Sad, Sad.

The hotel has a charm. I love how close it is to everything; we walked everywhere. We felt safe in and around the area. I loved that we were far enough to not hear noises. I would stay here again. My only complaint would be how unclean the room was. So we arrive and the young lady was not the most inviting nor informative. We were just informed it was a non-smoking facility and sent on our way. When we arrive at the room we start doing our normal cleaning before unpacking and realized the room was just not clean; as there were feathers, huge dust hairs, the bathroom floor hadn't been mopped it was black. So we go downstairs and the young lady (she never told us her name) did accommodate us by moving us to a new room and the room was cleaner than the last but still we found garbage and stuff, we just opted to clean it and keep the room. We are told to go check out the room first, our mistake was not taking all our things with us; we went to check the room and when we return to get our belongings out of the old room we had been locked out. Had to go back downstairs twice...this made the check-in process exhausting and upsetting. The hotel needs some updating, and it would be nice if we were told were to find the ice machine, were the store is located and why the pool was out of order. Other than that not so good start to our vacation we enjoyed our stay. The young lady was nice as well as the rest of the staff. Adding a microwave to the lobby would be great.
