Clean room, nice staff, nice quest, beautiful place and setting. Wish our stat had been longer. It is a must to it again place for us.

Fantastic inn with great service, style, awesome location, and a delicious breakfast. We absolutely loved it and will be back.

Room spotless and beautifully appointed. Lovely in room breakfast. Great view. Hosts excellent. Only one small problem. Low water pressure in bathroom sink Will return.

Unique, well appointed rooms. Great balcony on room, inviting common spaces. Amazing fresh breakfast prepared by skilled Chefs! Staff were wonderful and very accommodating!

It was a lovely stay! Only issue was lots of noise from the rooms above ours which interfered with sleep. Would stay again but on the top floor.

Great spot, unique and charming. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. Areas for improvement: security and presentation of food. Breakfast was good, but my omelette was dumped on top of my home fries and the sweets were served on the same plate as savory. Nit picky perhaps, but hopefully well received critique.

Our stay couldn’t have been better! We were met by Sharon who checked us in and showed us our room. I mentioned that it was our anniversary and she left a bottle of wine for us! The room was immaculate. We had all the comforts of home. Our king size bed was amazing. Breakfast was prepared by Chris and he really outdid himself. The staff was very accommodating. Their recommendations made my trip even more memorable, from hidden-gem restaurants to the best sunrise spots along the water. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. Starting the day on the breezy porch with a gourmet meal felt like a treat every morning. The location is ideal—tucked away just enough to feel private and serene, yet close to everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Whether I was exploring downtown, relaxing by the water, or simply unwinding in my room, everything felt easy and enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and eager to return.
