We were informed upon arrival that the TV was broken. We also discovered that the shower drain was clogged, the microwave door was jammed and wouldn't release, they didn't have any decaf coffee in the morning and the regular coffee was so dark snd bitter indicating that it was sitting there awhile. Coffee shouldn't turn grey when three creamers are added. When we talked to the desk they offered no sort of refund because we booked through *******. Zero way of helping to direct us to get any sort of refund. We will not be staying here again.

They did not let me check in and charge my credit card. I wanted to check in one hour and eight minutes prior to 3 PM and they wanted to charge me $20 extra for a room that cost 64. I said I’m gonna give a bad review and report them and she refused entry and didn’t refund *******

My stay was fine for the most part but cleanliness could use improvement. My bathroom was really dirty. Grime and dirt was visible on every edge of the bathroom. The floor in the room felt sticky and like it needed a good mop, so I wore shoes inside my room.

Friendly staff and easy check in, clean rooms (with a really nice mini fridge and freezer), affordable stay. My only gripe was the beds were sadly pretty uncomfy and our TV didn't work, but overall we really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend as a cost-saving option.

There’s no electric charging station for ev, there’s a level one plug that you have to use your own charger cable. They charge 15 dollars per night for that

Everything was wonderful. Clean room, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is not served there, but there are several good options nearby.

Terrible room, poor service, no refund offered. The condition of the room wasn’t very good but the bathroom was deplorable. The room wasn’t serviced after the first night, no fresh towels, bathroom not cleaned. We were out of the room all day and it could have been serviced at any time. We left shortly after coming back to the room to sleep. No refund was offered. No apologies for poor service.

Disappointed. When traveling I like to have a comfortable bed and a working bathroom. Bed was not the most comfortable. Toilet did not flush had to plunge it and have maintenance at the room daily and mostly throughout the day when I was in the room. Had a smell to the room. I usually don’t watch TV couldn’t even get that to work. Wasn’t supplied with any wifi code. No privacy sign. No daily housekeeping. I know it’s not a middle to high class hotel but it could be maintained better. Don’t advertise free breakfast when it’s only hot coffee and hot tea.
