布魯克林海洋公園戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Brooklyn Marine Park)

I made a reservation on December 31, 2023 at approximately 2 AM in the morning, at the Days Inn marine park hotel Room C09. Although I checked in at the front decks 2 AM in the morning, I did not enter the room until 6 AM in the morning due to work I had to attend. When I entered the room the bathroom was filthy there was mold everywhere in the bathroom. And the room was dirty. I went to the front desk for a room change and I was told there was no more rooms available. And I would have to call management for a refund at that time. I was already exhausted at 6 AM in the morning trying to find another hotel. But no other hotels had available room until 11am. Which was too late. So I was forced to sit in the room and sleep until check out time . This is totally unacceptable and would like a refund! There is no way to attach pictures in this feed, but I will definitely attach pictures in the review on the website.. I had to use the bathroom and the moment I walked in there I started throwing up and I have been throwing up all day!

One of the grossest hotels I have stayed. There were multiple cigarette burns on the sheets/comforter and it was generally unclean. Faucets did not fit fixtures and furniture was extremely beat up.

There aren't many choices in this area of Brooklyn in the way of hotels - it's not a place I would revisit.

Beds are not comfortable, pillows horrible , smells funny and dirty exterior looking

Check in was ok. Went to room it had a very strong stink odor. The room was filthy found colone from previous patron. The walls was filthy, missing photos , bathtoom doors and walls dirty. Spoke to front staff who sent up cleaning lady Regina or Virginia...she laughing making faces which is rude. She saw for herself and asked that we call downstairs to complain about morning staff. We did. Time to go to bed and the sheets looked worn it had cigarrette holes mulitiple in the sheets spoke to front desk now with a young guy who basically barely looked up while in his phone to go in gje basement to search for cleaning lady ..he gave me no room numbe4 finally found her . She said she would bring sheets and didnt . I was itchy yhe whole night. Upon checking ask to speak to manager and they said he was nit available. It use to be nice . Now its garbage.

This hotel suffers from many bad reviews, probably from travellers with too high expectations. Yes, the rooms are not cheap, but it's NYC! The staff was very nice and helpful, the place was clean, vending machines in the hallway, lift to access the rooms. It is true the decoration is not 5 star but it does not prevent me from sleeping well. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, bathroom with a bath!, the water was yellow the first time, but not the following days. It fell like a safe place, very well situated with bus stops nearby, close to lots of restaurants and places to eat and shop in a cute and friendly neighborhood. You can walk to the Marina area. I booked 3 nights in this hotel at the last minute on my way out of jfk without checking it out at all, i wasn't sure of where i was heading up in, but i don't regret. I would come back. Just don't go in there expecting to find the Ritz.
