紐約繆斯酒店(The Muse New York)

就在時代廣場附近。房間很乾淨（雖然有前一個人的襪子）。當我告訴他們浴缸和水槽沒有插頭時，他們立刻就拿來了。不知道一樓有免費飲料服務，所以每天都去外面買咖啡。我希望在辦理入住時得到通知。請大家到一樓免費角喝一杯！

Our 2nd stay at The Muse. The staff was spot on! We did have several room issues (soiled pillows and no heat) and the hotel is showing some wear but the staff solved our issues with a smile. The location is convenient. If the staff had not been so helpful we would nevet return, things happen. It was nice to be treated with gracious understanding by staff.

I was told before I decided to stay at this hotel there would be no pet fee. Then the woman at the desk was like we can get you in a room in 20 minutes for an extra 20.00 then she told me there was a 150.00 pet fee. I felt she was very rude. The man I first talked to when I decided to stay here was so nice and friendly. The rooms were fine but dark. It wasn’t welcoming and for 600 a night I would never stay here again. I read all the good reviews but my stay was not the best especially for being here over thanksgiving which I was really looking forward to being special.

The location was excellent and the staff was very responsive to a point. I spoke to the hotel about our poor night's sleep on a very hard bed (kind deluxe) and asked for some sort of topper. They had no mattress toppers. They did offer to find us another room, but I doubted another bed would be any different.

This hotel was amazing. So close to Time Square and Radio City I didn’t have to take a cab one time. This hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely accommodating and I just loved it. I was worried that being so close to Times Square that it may be noisy. But In the mornings it was quiet and peaceful. I can’t get over the attention to the cleanliness of this hotel. I really enjoyed the room too and the bed was comfy. I will be booking this hotel the next time I come to NY. 5 Stars

New York is horrible by itself, but it would have been nice to have a hotel room to go to as a refuge. The room never got warm without the complimentary space heater. The windows outside were so filthy that we couldn't see the view. There was no complimentary coffee or even a microwave for the cost that we paid to stay there. The tv barely worked and only 3 outlets worked out of 8.

Weekend in NYC with family - The Muse was perfectly located. Every member of the staff we encountered was incredibly friendly & helpful. Room was spacious and exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
