紐約華爾街麗笙酒店(Radisson Hotel New York Wall Street)

Cet hôtel 4 étoiles est peut-être un peu surcoté au regard d'autres hôtels où nous avons déjà séjourné. L'emplacement n'est pas pratique pour qui veut trouver des restaurants et autres cafés pour petit-déjeuner La façade était dissimulée derrière les célèbres échafaudages new yorkais L'hotel est resté un peu dans son jus et est vieillot. Cela se ressent dès l'arrivée à l'accueil et les ascenseurs sont aussi assez vieux. La chambre est par contre d'aspect plus moderne. Le personnel et l'accueil très agréable Le confort de la literie et la propreté de la chambre La chambre située au 19 ème étage

We had a room booked for first week of April. Couple of days in advance we received an email they needed to cancel our reservation, and offered to rebook us into another hotel. Very happy at first to get a good solution, but after we confirmed we agreed being relocated, Radisson became unreachable. No reply on the emails, phone number out of service, so other phone nr or emails could be found online... The proposed hotel was not aware, so suddenly we did not have any place to sleep just couple of days before our arrival in NYC. We had to book an alternative ourselves last-minute, needles to say this was of a much lower comfort and much higher rate... So we can't write any review on the rooms or hotel itself, but we are very disappointed on the customer service they have offered. Caused us a lot of extra time and money.

The property is well restored and maintained and in a fantastic part of Manhattan. The staff are good and the decoration and finishings in the building are really nice. The room and bed are comfortable as well. I loved the big screen TV which was easy to hook up a lap to to watch Disney+ etc. Be advised that there is no parking at the property and the elevator requires a key card to activate so you will have to meet deliveries in the lobby.

Das Hotel hat für New York ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem ersten Zimmer. Personal super freundlich, uns wurde sofort geholfen. Zimmer sauber. Ein Minus leider für die Klimaanlage. Ist sehr laut. Lässt sich auch nicht regulieren bzw. nicht ausstellen. Das Hotel liegt mega Zentral. Direkt an der Subway, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen.

Wir waren 8 Nächte in Zimmer 704. Es war für ny Verhältnisse recht großzügig und auch sauber, bequemes Bett. Etwas Hellhörig aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und SUPER LAGE! Haltestellen J,Z,2,3 Und 4 in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gute kostenlose snacks und Wein nachmittags kostenlos. Der Kaffee hat super geschmeckt aus der Maschine, nur war diese leider die Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes defekt.

After being given the run around from the front desk and Choice phone...I've found out the real reason they canceled my reservation was because they are one of the new york properties accepting all the illegals from the border. So as a tax paying American citizen, I end up getting my stay canceled and scramble the day of arrival to find lodging accommodations because this location is fine with this practice. They lied saying they are under renovation but you can google the truth and see this property doesn't care about their Radisson customers.

I paid in full on the Radisson website well in advance. After travelling for over 24hrs, got a taxi to the hotel at 11pm only to find out that our hotel is no longer a hotel but a hostel. Was told by someone inside that my booking had been transferred to the IHG group without informing me, BUT, IHG had canx my booking, so now I am without a hotel. Eventually after 2hrs of trying to sort everything out I ended up at IHG Holiday INN Xpress but I had to pay again, which at 2am seemed the easier option. After multiple emails to Radisson I am still awaiting any acknowledgement of responsibility and I still do not have a refund for a hotel stay that never took place AND they were aware of this fact well before the actual travel date. Awful.

We got our room in the hotel using SuperTravel, but when we arrived our reservation could not be found. For about two hours, Latoya took her time to put effort into looking into our issue and resolving for us. She was very professional and attentive to our needs!
