Unprofessional manager. Escalates issues . I've Suffer from a disability with service animal. I was threatened unfortunately and the threat was made good my room was taken away because of my disability. To be fair as I made my points ; they eventually said I can stay for a $500 deposit which I assume was sarcastic. It was just another way to inconvenience me. Take what you will from this story.

I LOVED the price, location and the size of the room. The room was HUGE by NYC standards. However, there are no refrigerators or microwaves in any of the rooms so food gets a little pricy without a way to keep leftovers. There was also a $50 non-refundable “location fee” that wasn’t initially mentioned when booking. That’s definitely something to take into consideration when booking based on price. I did love the area. It’s in Chinatown, within walking distance of Little Italy, The Lower East Side and is a short ride or walk to Downtown Brooklyn. I would definitely stay here again but would factor in the cost of food and location fee.

Unbeatable view of the Manhattan bridge and partial One World Trade ctr, as well as the location being at the entrance of China Town is the highlight. On the low side of things, asked for a refrigerator rental which they quoted $20 at first and then decided to raise to $40 saying that $20 is a daily rate?The beds were way too saggy and sprung out which gave us backache, and the comforter didn’t seem to have been washed in a while as it stunk. Other than the issues mentioned above, all others were well.

This place was nasty! The curtains were stained with unknown bodily fluids and or other liquids. The carpet was worn and filthy. The bathroom sink was missing a stopper and only had a dirty rubber sink stopper. There was a nasty fly in my room who seemed hungry because he kept trying to eat my chinese take out food. The front desk staff said there's no other rooms and didn't offer a solution nor apologies for the fly. The corner of the bathroom mirror was broken but they tapped over the cracked edges. (Guess they were concerned with the saftey of their guests so scotch tape took care of that?) The phone on the hallway rang loudly starting at 7am. We just couldn't take it so checked out at 9am. The floor creaked like an old house. The electric outlet was outside the bathroom and not near the bed. I will never ever stay there again. Not even if they paid me.

Nothing good to say about this place. Have never dealt with more rude staff anywhere in my entire life. The man working the night shift single handedly ruined my trip to NYC. After the lights stopped working in our room, he accused us of causing them to stop working because we were 4 males in our 20's. This man should never work another day at a hotel until he can learn how to treat customers with respect. Absolutely disgusting
