Marriott used to be a safe stay, but it ain't no more.
During my stay I had an online purchase to be delivered to the hotel. I received an email saying it was delivered and the day after went to the front desk to get the package. The attendant said there was no package for me, that I could see if the hotels nearby or other building had received it, because it wasn't there. I contacted the customer's support about my puchase, saying it wasn't delivered, etc etc. They got back to me saying it was delivered to the right address, they had proof of delivery, so I went to the front desk again, showing their email, just to have the package miraculously found.
Well, I had another purchase to be delivered there, but this time the delivery was delayed. I had already left the hotel but sent them a message saying a package would arrive, if they could please refuse to receive so it would go back to the send and I'd be all set. But the package was delivered. So I had to ask a friend to go there and get the package for me. She arrived there and once again, the same old story. There is no package, it wasn't delivered there, maybe was delivered nearby, and the last version is that they refused to receive and the package was going back to the sender. That is not the truth, because it would show up on UPS tracking, and it says DELIVERED.
I haven't received a response from them anymore, haven't got my package or my refund.
Wasn't this enough, I'm being double charged for my stay. Help!
