萬豪紐約曼哈頓居家/市中心東區酒店(Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/ Midtown Eastside)

Housekeeping was accommodating. Nobody insisted on coming in to clean. But on our last day, on the morning of, we got stuck in the elevator. Reception said tht they already called the elevator guy. 30 mins passed nobody came. We called 911. When i stopped by the counter to return our card keys, nobody even tried to make it right. Nobody apologized nor tried to explain wht happened. We might take action.

This is my new hotel every time I visit New York City. The room is spacious and clean. The kitchenette area is perfect when you have to bring them back to the hotel leftovers. Love the fact that I can make coffee or tea whenever I desire. I bought some half-and-half down the street at CVS and had my coffee before going down to have breakfast.

On the spur of the moment, we decided to stay in NYC for one night to see some holiday lights and sights on the way to drop our child back at college. We were delighted to find parking literally across the street, which was hugely convenient. Our check-in process was very efficient and we were pleasantly surprised at how large the room was for a NYC hotel. We were able to walk everywhere in midtown easily and found several good restaurants nearby. Excellent stay!

I searched for a hotel for over a week, trying to get the best option for me and my family. Location is great you can walk to all NY attractions in short distances it is a safe area, hotel is very clean, spacious. We were 4 people sharing a room and did not have any issue. Also if you go to NY you will not spend much time in the hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Check in and out was very easy, didn’t have to wait long. It literally took 10 minutes to check in and less than that to check out. Parking is separate We did not use their valet parking which was 90 dollars for a night. We parked ourselves across the street from the hotel we payed 70. It was convenient and we save something. Breakfast is included. It is very good, they have many options you can choose from. Waffles, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, oatmeal, pastries, fruit and more. Im so glad I found this place. I will definitely come back on my next trip to NY. You will not be disappointed.

Séjour de 5 jours dans cet hôtel. Chambre spacieuse et cuisine bien équipée. Propreté impeccable. Proche des principaux centres d'intérêt ( central Park, Time square, whole foods market..., etc. Le petit déjeuner même si convenable pourrait offrir davantage de choix et proposer des produits bio.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Las instalaciones también están muy bien y el personal es muy atento. El beneficio de tener el desayuno incluido es un valor agregado cuando se viaja en invierno. También me gustó que tuviera laundry. Viajé con mi familia y mis comentarios son todos positivos.

Awful. They gave my bag to the police and canceled my stay because they "found" a knife in my bag. IM A CHEF! I travel with kitchen knives. What were they doing in my bag?? Since when are kitchen knives illegal? Lawsuit to follow..

Marriott used to be a safe stay, but it ain't no more. During my stay I had an online purchase to be delivered to the hotel. I received an email saying it was delivered and the day after went to the front desk to get the package. The attendant said there was no package for me, that I could see if the hotels nearby or other building had received it, because it wasn't there. I contacted the customer's support about my puchase, saying it wasn't delivered, etc etc. They got back to me saying it was delivered to the right address, they had proof of delivery, so I went to the front desk again, showing their email, just to have the package miraculously found. Well, I had another purchase to be delivered there, but this time the delivery was delayed. I had already left the hotel but sent them a message saying a package would arrive, if they could please refuse to receive so it would go back to the send and I'd be all set. But the package was delivered. So I had to ask a friend to go there and get the package for me. She arrived there and once again, the same old story. There is no package, it wasn't delivered there, maybe was delivered nearby, and the last version is that they refused to receive and the package was going back to the sender. That is not the truth, because it would show up on UPS tracking, and it says DELIVERED. I haven't received a response from them anymore, haven't got my package or my refund. Wasn't this enough, I'm being double charged for my stay. Help!

I loved everything about the Residence INN. The location, the room. The room was a great size for having two beds with a little mini kitchen. Also, the front desk/reception were very friendly. I definitely will be staying here again.
