1、服務不好！前台已經給我辦理入住手續了，前台在沒有任何事情的情況拋下我不管跑電梯跟白人入住客人熱聊並送礦泉水，至少不管我3分鐘。辦理入住我提出也要礦泉水帶上樓，前台裝聾作啞。 2、房間隔音特別差，樓道一點全部聽見！ 3、上下幾十層樓全靠一個特別小的電梯運載，早餐及退房時間，基本無法乘坐電梯。

location不錯 房間就是太小。 性價比OK， 空調好吵呀！ 床有點軟 不像double tree 規格！ 我們住25樓， 窗外的city view

還不錯的酒店，位置很好，出行很方便，等電梯有點慢，酒店早餐很不錯，比較豐富，但健身房太小，跑步機一直壞的，不適合健身。

電梯感覺有點小，經常要等好久。

鞋盒大小的房間可以容納一張加大雙人床，並有「帝國大廈」。可怕的房間。糟糕的。

乾淨整潔。客服態度很好，還可以免費寄放行李

The most terrible hotel among Hilton hotels, we waited 15 minutes for the elevator in the morning, it never arrived, we went down from the 14th floor on foot, there were no matching slippers in the room, no toothpaste, no bills to be found, we needed a refrigerator and it doesn’t work, they talk to the reception as if you owe them, don't go to this hotel anymore

Positives: - The hotel was a good location, with subway stations, shops, restaurants, other amenities in walking distance. - Times Square, Chelsea Market, Hudson’s Yard all within a 20-30 minute walk. - Check in was relatively quick and simple. - Beds and pillows were so comfortable! - Toiletries provided were nice quality. - Plenty of towels provided. - Room was clean and tidy and nicely presented. Negatives: - there were only 2 lifts. It meant a lot of waiting around for a lift to be available. I think there were over 20 floors. On the day of checkout, one of the lifts had broken, leaving us waiting 15 minutes for a lift. We ended up carrying our bags down 11 flights of stairs so we could check out on time. - The room was quite dark and cramped. Difficult to move around the room, and no room to put bags. - We requested a baby cot but it wasn’t provided. Although, I don’t think there was any room for it even if there had been one. - The beds were really high up, something to be aware of if travelling with children. - No facilities to make tea/ coffee in the room Overall, we wouldn’t stay again. It wasn’t family friendly at all. We didn’t feel there was much in the way of amenities, and staff presence was minimal. If a solo traveller or couple (travelling light), it may be suited to you.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nel nostro viaggio a New York in questo hotel. La nostra camera ovvero l’attico era davvero carino con balcone e una vista stupenda! Ciò che non ci è piaciuto molto è stata la pulizia e il riscaldamento dal quale usciva polvere molto fastidiosa alle vie respiratorie dato che aveva i filtri sporchi. Anche per colazione nel buffet non c’era molta scelta ma del resto se non fosse per la pulizia e il riscaldamento l’attico rimane la camera consigliata per godersi una vista da dietro sull’ Empire State Building

辦理入住時的服務和往常一樣。房間很小，但符合紐約標準。我的房間可以看到帝國大廈的美景。 飯店位置很好，離地鐵站（28號）很近，離麥德森廣場花園和34號也很近。您可以步行到 42 街時代廣場，也可以搭乘地鐵（上城方向）經過兩個車站即可到達。 唯一讓我不給5星的不愉快是廁所沖水有問題並且一直自行沖水。我通知接待處，他們派人來修理，但問題沒有解決。我們不得不關上浴室的門，以避免早上聽到沖水的噪音，此外還有環境問題，例如浪費大量水。 我真誠地希望他們能夠立即修復這個缺陷。

房間很舒適，整體服務也很好，但工作人員簡直就是災難。粗魯無禮。清潔人員每天都會更換，服務時間也會更換。與他們溝通幾乎是不可能的，因為他們不懂英語，只會說西班牙語。飯店共有26層，只有兩部為員工服務的電梯，這意味著每天都要浪費時間等待他們。但最嚴重的還是收費。我們住了 20 天，期間每週都必須付款，但係統預設在截止日期之外的時間和日期從信用卡中扣除金額，金額總是高於約定的金額。最後，我們被迫封卡。當我們抱怨時，我們仍然受到惡劣的對待。太可怕了！

Nous mettons la note de 4 au lieu de 5 pour la seule raison qu’il y a eu des pannes d’ascenceurs… et qu’à l’arrivée, on nous a dit de revenir à 13h, que la chambre serait prête, mais nous avons dû encore attendre 1h de plus. Pour le départ, on aurait pu nous accomoder pour un late check out, mais nous avons payé le gros prix… pour le reste, les gens étaient super, la propreté A1, la localisation extraordinaire!
