房間乾淨衞生，設施簡單，離時代廣場比較近，安全

Excellent hotel. Great location, 5 minutes walk from Grand Central and the Subway (green line). Rooms are large for NYC hotels (we have stayed at four other hotels in NYC and these are the biggest rooms we have stayed in). Really clean and comfortable bed. Requested a quiet room and got a high floor so was very quiet. Bar was very good, open until 11pm each evening serving nice drinks. Lovely friendly staff! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location and effortless checkin

Location is great. The front desk allowed us for a early check-in which was nice of them but it depends on availability. However, the room is tiny. There was no view from the room either.

the best value for a suite with balcony I booked. too bad breakfast was quite disappointing

The hotel is in a convenient location in midtown and walking distance to many places like Grand Central Station. The hotel bar has happy hour and with good atmosphere. I will stay in this hotel again in the future for sure.

至って普通だが、日本のホテルと比べるの質は低い。古いホテルなので仕方ないか。褒められるのは立地のみ、従業員の愛想は悪くない。冷蔵庫がない、ケトルは言わないと持ってこない、朝食は毎日同じ内容、wifiの電波は良かった。

Nous avons eu un accueil exemplaire de la part de Philippe !! Encore merci Philippe notre séjour a très bien débuté! Le service de valet a aussi été très bien. Tout est à proximité, nous sommes resté 3 nuits et nous avons apprécié pouvoir découvrir la ville aussi facilement.

The welcoming was really bad. I booked the hotel and paid it already. So after doing 45min waiting to go check in. They made me go do a credit/debit card otherwise I couldn’t check in… (even do I had Apple Pay and cash) so after doing more than 10h of flight a had to go into the streets of nyc to do a credit card… so finally 1h after I come back and then they told me finally it’s ok I didn’t need it. The manager was super rude.

I booked a double bed through **********. When I arrive on the night of August 26th, I was told that the hotel did not have the double bed I booked. I spoke to Manuel and he had manager approval to give me a second room with no charge. At 3AM, my credit card was charge multiple times and charges have posted to my account. I am reaching the hotel but I am not hearing back. I will be reaching my credit company if no support is provided from Lexington.

Beautiful lobby. Room was adequate - bathroom was nice but beds were kind of hard. Check in line took way longer than I would have liked - after a long day of travel it was really not pleasant to stand in a crowded line for a half hour.
