紐約48LEX酒店(Hotel 48Lex New York)

非常昂貴的飯店……到了房間還可以，不是很乾淨，廁所也壞了……晚上10:30，只好等人來修。額外收費 50.00…當我到達那裡時…其中包括早餐…花了 15 分鐘才拿到水…還在等咖啡，現在已經 20 分鐘了

For such a great location, you would think the overall condition of this Hotel would be pretty good? No. Ripped carpet, lighting in room was abysmal, HVAC was crazy loud and didn’t work, slow Wifi, elevators in dire need of repair, gym “facilities” consisted of two small rooms with faulty equipment. I would have done better staying in a youth hostel in the village.

It was a getting birthday for my daughter. The room had no water bottles as my aunt room did. There was only one robe. The room my aunty was staying in room 1202 was very hot. We had to call the front desk after 2days of staying ina sauna. My aunt lived in new york and we quiry the taxes as shes a citizen there. They told us we have to pick it up with *******. It was very expensive and over rated .. i called ******* and they told me and have to puck it up with the hotel. I am very disappointed with both company. Dont think i would reccommend both companies.

I recommend looking for another Hotel where you don’t have to fight for the room that you booked and be overcharged as it was an upgrade. Unfortunately staff was indelicate, even when I proofed the room that I booked was not that I received. Try to move to another room small saying that was an upgrade. After unnecessary arguing we had the correct one. However had double charges, again saying that had an upgrade. You have hotels in the same region without having this type of headaches.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating upon arrival, but the hotel has inconsistent messaging about amenities (staff claimed there was 24/7 in-room dining to use our $25 credit as a part of our mandatory resort fee that actually ends before 10 p.m.) and requests left unfulfilled (staff said they would bring us ice since fridge couldn't make or keep things cold that never happened).

This was listed as a four-star hotel which is definitely wasn't. The room was dingy with visible stains, damaged furniture, etc. The "included breakfast" came 15 minutes late and consisted of a soggy breakfast sandwich and terrible coffee. There was supposed to be room service (which there wasn't) and a $30 food/beverage credit (which there also wasn't).

VERY DISAPPOINTING. I STAYED IN THE EXECUTIVE ROOM WHICH WAS SUPER TINY, I CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT THE REGULAR ROOM LOOKS LIKE. THE ROOM WAS RESERVED FOR TWO AND UPON WALKING IN ONLY ONE BOTTLE OF WATER, ONE BATHROBE, AND NO SLIPPERS AT ALL. MINI BAR WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY. THE BED AND PILLOWS ARE VERY UNCOMFTERBLE. I WILL NOT AND STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND.

My first impression when we entered the lobby is that it's dark and uninviting. Our room was not ready when we checked in around 11:30 a.m. Rep at front desk pre-checked us in and registered our arrival. She said that they will call us when room is ready. No one called us evwn by checkin time at 4pm. STRIKE 1. We went back to hotel around 8 pm. they could not find my name at reservation at first, but they eventually did. STRIKE 2. According to ******* our room rate included a $30 food and beverage credit per room PER STAY. But the hotel rep said we can only use the the credit on the day of checkin NOT on the day before checkout. At checkout food credit was not applied at final bill. This is a ridiculous policy because the offer states PER stay. STRIKE 3 - Your out! Next time and our next visit to NYC we will choose to stay at our favorite hotel next door InterCon Barclay. Nothing will beat the quality of customer service and better amenities.
