非常非常臟，我不知道上次清理是什麼時候。服務很差，一切都很糟糕

在這家酒店度過了愉快的 2 天。業主竭盡全力幫助我們，房間非常乾淨，第二天又重新打掃到高標準。 5星

It’s was very pleasant

Resté 10 nuits à 2 personnes en chambre twin. En lisant les commentaires nous avions un peu peur de ce que nous allions trouver. En réalité, la chambre était conforme à ce que nous pouvions espérer pour le prix à NYC, même si ce n'était pas le grand luxe ! Le check'in fut très rapide. Pas de dépôt de garantie (oubli de leur part ?). La chambre était ok. Le seul reproche est quand même un ménage approximatif : café dans la cafetière des précédents résidents, chaussettes retrouvées, et surtout moquette très poussiéreuse (dommage car elle est plutôt confortable quand on marche pieds nus... mais on ressort avec les pieds sales...) -＞ il lui faudrait un bon shampoing ! Cafetière, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Lits (120-140) ok. Salle de bain ok malgré une petite fuite à la baignoire (pas toute jeune, mais encore une fois, on n'est pas dans un 5* de Manhattan). La chambre a été refaite et serviettes changées à chaque fois que nous avons mis le carton à la poignée de porte (2-3 fois sur le séjour). Rue très calme. Un resto diner (Bel Aire Diner) avec une équipe très sympathique qui nous a vu un bon nombre de fois le matin et/ou le soir. Métro station Broadway à 10min à pieds. Un supermarché de quartier sur le chemin. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel n'est pas ce qu'on connait habituellement : simple thermos de café (quand il en reste), jus ou lait froid. Et barres de céréale ou yaourt. Le stock est très vite vide, donc il faut mieux compter sur la superette ou le resto.

I like the position of the Hotel. It was accessible and a lot of facilities were located nearby. For breakfast they give a light coffee, milk, or lipton tea, tropicana orange juice, yogurt and oatmeal bar! Every single day it's the same! There's no fruit, no bread, nothing cooked like eggs or hot dog, no sandwiches... They never clean my room in the 6 days, I don't know if I should ask them to do it, but they never offer to do it either. Anyway I spent my day out! Nobody to help you bring your bags in your room, you have to get them through the stairs by yourself, the same when you are leaving, nobody will help you with your bags, they just sit down and watching how you are struggling with them!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was supposed to have a 3 night stay, but checked out after 1 awful night. There was NO hot water at all. The bed had only a sheet and a thin blanket. Worse of all, I was bitten all over by some sort of insect. No mosquitoes or flies in sight so my concern is it was some sort of fleas or bedbugs. As of now, the manager has still not gotten back to be about a refund.
