Honestly one of the best hotels i stayed at while traveling, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is so beautiful and clean, my room was gorgeous and some of the most comfortable bed sheets and comforters ever. I loved the black out curtains also. I would definitely recommend and return to the hotel.

Found hair in the sheets; hopefully from housekeeping and not the previous guest. Mouse dropping on the floor. Bugs throughout the room. Sink didn’t drain.
At the least the staff was friendly..

The big draw for this hotel is location. It was clean and well situated for walking throughout the city. The beds are very uncomfortable and the condition is fairly old. Bathrooms need updated. If I could find other affordable options, I would probably try to book elsewhere. If I couldn't, I would stay here again.

Good place and location, clean and comfortable, the curtains prevented the air from flowing well, they could put hooks so that the curtains do not roll and fall into the air ducts. Otherwise everything perfect 😊

I don’t get how this is a 3-star hotel. The rooms are too small with pretty old furniture and sheets, but maybe this is average for NYC.

It was a very nice trip. We really enjoyed where it was located. Mattress could have better overall trip and facilities were nice.
