哈萊姆雅樂軒酒店(Aloft Harlem)

哈萊姆區不錯的選擇，地點便利，靠近地鐵。管理得很好。

很棒的經濟型飯店，住在哈林區附近！

Superbe aménagement de l’hôtel, propre! Chaleureux! Accueil peu agréable d’une réceptionniste qui n’a pas su être honnête sur les prélèvements concernant le stationnement. L’accessibilité à l’hôtel en véhicule est désastreuse. Elle nous mentionne 53$ US par jour et Expédia a également mentionné ceci. De retour au Canada je constate qu’il y a eu des frais cachés de 47$US pour qu’ils prennent mon auto pour aller la porter jusqu’à dimanche quand ils me l’ont ramener. Je comprends le fonctionnement. Le problème est que le prix du valet n’a pas été divulgué ni par Expédia, ni par la réceptionniste. Je me serais arrangé autrement pour ne pas avoir à faire à leur service OU j’aurais compris, mais j’aurais été au courant. Je suis très déçue de cet incident et je constate que tous les touristes se font avoir de cette manière. Très décevant. Quand j’ai voulu comprendre ce fonctionnement, le soutien expédia m’a dit que ce n’était pas de leur ressort. Mais il mentionne dans la description : « Stationnement avec service de voiturier su place (53.27 USD par jour) » Quand on fouille VRAIMENT bien sur la réservation de l’hôtel. On finit par comprendre que…notre 53,27 (71,36$CAD) est finalement : 137,54$ PAR JOUR (Nous n’avons pas déplacé l’auto, seulement qu’à notre arrivée et notre départ.) On devrait donc lire sur ******* dans la description : « Service voiturier, tarif : 53,27 USD par jour Stationnement avec voiturier au tarif de 45 USD par jour, taxes en sus. » Merci.

It was not a good experience for the statured that Aloft is supposed to provide. I paid alot of money to be in the area for my events. I am a comedian and wanted to be centrally located between Manhattan, Brooklyn and Harlem where my events where for the 3 days I was in New York. I did not enjoy my stay at the Aloft, I had to wait 45 min to finally receive an Iron / ironing board after calling, then going to front desk and still going to my room and waiting an additional 15 min. I was initially promised a steamer for my clothing. The room was not quality and I should not have had to request a better room, the room 220 should just be taken out of rotation of Aloft standard rooms. There was paint pealing in shower and in bathroom, holes on the wall throughout the room and water stains on the darkening blinds. Harlem is a great place of cultural events and legendary places, sad that the Aloft in Harlem doesn't quite meet up to the standard of other Aloft and the cultural history around them.

The hotel is in dire need of an update and improvements. In addition, the front desk staff makes an effort at trying to be welcoming by always smiling, however, they are severely lacking in their ability to resolve matters appropriately and responding to guests in a professional manner. Some additional training in hospitality and maintaining appositive image of the company they represent appears to be sorely needed at this Aloft. I had to be moved three times from October 18-19 due to a non-working television in one room and the poor conditions (gaps/holes in the walls, rusted furniture fixtures, odor, dirty rug, and totally deplorable appearance of a room that is supposed to be representative of the Marriott brand.
