GWB 酒店(Gwb Hotel)

I made the reservation with ******* and when I got the hotel the owner said he don’t have available rooms. And the money is already take it of my credit card

Staff are so amazing. Rafael is very kind and sweet The place is so quite and so clean

I was sleeping in a room with dirty stains on the sheets the floors were dirty. I had a leak in the room. We had to move my room to another room there was no iron for the clothes

The cleaning part not too good they don’t change the bed till you leave

The room was filthy. Dirty sheets which were black, pillows were black, bathroom was not clean the shower was dirty, the toilet was used, there was hair all over the unit. I need my refund

The room was disgusting!!! The place is a motel, the front desk unhelpful. I really wish I could get my money back! The bathroom was super gross. I was so nasty I wanted to leave but didn’t have any where else to go, since he didn’t want to give a refund. I didn’t expect it to be perfect, because of the price. Definitely didn’t expect it to be dirty. If I was an inspector I would close this hotel. The sink was dirty the tub was dirty, there was a stick substance near the bed. Cup have residue on the dresser. Don’t go! If you can.
