紐約西第57街希爾頓俱樂部酒店(Hilton Club West 57th Street New York)

Super amazing until the end. Loved the hotel, staff and spacious rooms. Recommended it to others I know in NY but keep in mind they have an extremely rare check out policy. 10 AM check out time which is something I’ve never heard of and they were calling my room at 10:04 and knocking on my door at 10:14. They should mention this when you check in and seemed excessive considering I was there for 7 nights. Then when I came back to get my bags the guys let me carry them outside to the car. Sad when an incredible stay ends on a not so positive note.

Hotel was exceptional. Lobby was nice, staff was very helpful with check-in and out, doorman got us a cab if we needed, just great at floor level. Room was very clean and spacious, in great condition and looked amazing. Housekeeping everyday and they did a great job. Complimentary water was nice. Location is superb, close to so many New York attractions. ONLY issue we had was our hairdryer plug was a little damaged but they replaced it immediately so who cares. Fabulous hotel and fabulous stay, worth every cent!

Staff was great at our “early morning” check in. 12:30 am. Make sure and call ahead so they will be ready to unlock the front door. (Need key code after 11pm). Nice big room for Manhattan and very modern and clean! Would recommend highly and will stay again when visiting! Also great walking and food out the front door with a 24 hour Walgreens on the corner.

We came in 7 hours before check in after a red eye so we were exhausted, but hoped for an early check in and expected a no so we planned on going out for the day. We came in, without a push of a shove, they were able to get us in at 9 AM instead of 4 PM, no charge. Service was friendly, every day they came to clean unless you said no. We loved the studio on the 21st floor. Perfect location for the park and subway and Times Square. The wifi gave me issues 4 out of the 7 days we were there. That was extremely frustrating when it was occurring and I was on a business trip but given I didn’t need it 8 hours for the day it was forgiven. Definitely a sour taste though. I would stay here again, they had us early checked in to our second room too since I had to buy a separate night last minute. The convenience they helped me with is priceless.

Excellent advice from staff on how to get about NYC - they really took time to help us out. Hotel is well situated and our room was very comfortable. Housekeeping staff very helpful and friendly.

Prime location, large room sizes. I also left some clothes in the room and the staff are kind enough to arrange shipping to return them to me in the UK. Great staff.
