The property was very average and over priced. The resturants had limited menu items and thw weight time depsite having mutiple open table's was extremely slow. The food was cold upon delivery. I had a suite an another room in addition that was attached. I never got a key to my suite i had to go gwt onw after figuring out that the key was for one room.not the suite and attached room. Would not stay agin.

This was the loudest hotel i have ever stayed in. The construction started at 7 or 8 am and was so loud that the whole room was vibrating. I was attempting to work in the morning from the hotel room and could not even answer a call because of the sound of jackhammering. Will never stay here again.

This is an overpriced pretentious poser of a hotel. There is nothing unique about it enough to warrant the price point. The lauded amenities are Kmart grade at Bergdorf prices. You can utilize the rooftop bar without being a guest.

It was perfect for a girl's night out with friends. It was classy, quiet and at a great location. The staff was very accommodating and respectful.

Basically, the staff didn’t treat you properly if you weren’t rich. Wasn’t explained any thing at the front desk at check in, but the lady after me who has all designer luggage was treated like royalty.

Certain things didnt work in the room. Breakfast took about 40mins or more to be served

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Temperature control in the rooms is non existent. Staff not so friendly

Bad attitude amongst the staff!

Great location! Welcoming and helpful staff. Great breakfast menu and amenities. Love the flat iron in the rooms along with the blow dryers! Seeing the same doormen at each visit is a plus - they are the jewel in the crown!
