紐約肉庫甘斯沃特酒店(Gansevoort Meatpacking)

There was a beeping sound that was coming out of our vent and woke us up at 3:30 am the property said oh sorry. They didn’t try to make it right. Also the television didn’t work properly and we got another oh sorry. Terrible customer service. I have stayed here multiple times and after this experience I don’t plan on returning.

Loud, overpowering music in elevators, lobby has NO where to sit while meeting friends, blinds fell off window and maintenance was in our room for 5.5 hours, HEAT could NOT be regulated so room was 76 degrees!!! should i go on?

Very overpriced. Beds are small doubles at a push - no good for 2 people. Walls are thin. Doors aren’t soft close so you hear slamming doors day and night. Fixtures in room falling off - plug sockets and around the shower fixtures. No idea what the extra resort fee on checkout is meant to cover as you don’t even get free water daily. Overall very disappointing for the price.

Great location! Welcoming and helpful staff. Great breakfast menu and amenities. Love the flat iron in the rooms along with the blow dryers! Seeing the same doormen at each visit is a plus - they are the jewel in the crown!

I had high expectations going in based on what I heard. In my room the faucet and tub were pretty beat up. I travel a good bit for work. And I can't tell you the last time I had an actual shower curtain vs a door. I've stayed in nicer hotels for less.

The location of The Gansevoort is superb. The neighborhood is chic and interesting and the proximity to The High Line was so convenient. The access to a pool was nice on a hot August day too! I would say the down side was the quality of the food at the Cocktails Coffee restaurant. It was just mediocre and lacking the culinary execution for the price you are paying…go to Chelsea Market instead.

Old-timer that hasn’t really stood the test of time but nonetheless amazing value for money in NYC! Small but comfortable enough bedroom. Sofa bed not comfortable. Look and furniture very dated. Was supposed to have a river view but did not. Location is top. Rooftop pool is a valued feature in the summer, if you can stand the loud music. Limited service but staff is mostly very pleasant. Conclusion: not a « cool » hotel anymore but great value, great location.

The property was very average and over priced. The resturants had limited menu items and thw weight time depsite having mutiple open table's was extremely slow. The food was cold upon delivery. I had a suite an another room in addition that was attached. I never got a key to my suite i had to go gwt onw after figuring out that the key was for one room.not the suite and attached room. Would not stay agin.

Fun location, vibey hotel. The key system was broken, which was highly inconvenient. Did not like there was no free coffee in the room or lobby.
