Lobby needs a 21st century makeover. Check in was fast, but some misinformation created a problem at check out. Elevators and halls demonstrate age. Walking to my room, staff break room door is held open with a dirty towel. Room is outdated and decorative pillow on the bed is musty and unwashed. Towels in the bathroom were disheveled, suggesting they were not changed out from prior guest. Bed was ok. Not uncomfortable, but certainly not comfortable. Lobby restaurant is convenient, but food service is tragically slow. At check out, Nilton was the most obnoxious, argumentative and dismissive ass I've ever met in the hospitality industry. He talks over guests without listening. Not service oriented. Ruined an already poor experience. Not recommended, especially at the prices charged and double billed.
