Unfortunately, my husband had to go to the hospital during our stay. The staff helped us determine what hospital we should go to and helped me extend our stay in the same room. The area is just north of Rockafeller Center, so there is a lot to see and do here. There is convenient shopping and you can walk to many of the attractions.

We loved staying here and will look at it as an option the next time we travel to NYC. It was VERY convenient to Central Park, St. Patrick's, Rockefeller Center, and MoMA. It was also a reasonable walk (about a mile) to most of the other things we wanted to do such as shows or MSG. There were tons of places to eat or do nearby. The room was comfortable and very clean. Everyone was really friendly. They even had a complementary umbrella in the closet for us to use on the day that it rained! And the price was less than other "name brand" hotels. We will be checking back for availability each time we visit NYC in the future.

Service was amazing. The person at the front desk was helpful, friendly and just genuinely nice. The room was ok but there was constant noise from an electrical box which made it harder to sleep. The windows were also not super soundproof. Finally the coffee machine wasn't working properly. Overall, it was decent thanks to the people working there but slight improvements could be done to better the experience.

It’s a Club and a Hotel in one, so not quite your usual hotel, a little old fashioned. Room had a bit of a worn look but still good and very clean, staff friendly and efficient. Great location, would definitely stay there again.

3 West Club was better than expected! The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The customer service was first rate from check-in through check-out. Rooms were very clean and the location can't be beat. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel has a quiet charm borne out of being an hotel, a wedding events venue and a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding Avenues. The 3 West Club is situated about 100 yards from the shopping Mecca that is 5th Avenue and a short walk from the entertainment provided on Broadway and the mayhem that is Time Square and yet once you are inside you could be a million miles from them all. The staff welcomed us like old friends they had just met and yet everything was delivered in a quiet, courteous way that made us feel highly valued. The furniture in the room is deliberately subdued with lovely mahogany furniture giving the sense of a grandeur lost to many hotels. It wouldn't normally be my style but it was perfect and I highly recommend it.
