Si te pasas un ratito de la hora del checkout te cobran el late fee. Y no te avisan. Podrian comunic****, pero no, te cobran $250 y la habitacion la ocupan de igual manera. La manager es muy mal esucada y poco empatica. Habiamos tenido un problema. NO LO RECOMIENDO Y NO REGRESO NUNCA MAS.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights in the Hilton Club category, which includes rooms located on the hotel’s highest floors. There are 3 elevators serving these floors, of which, for 3 days of our stay, at least one was broken. This caused waits of up to ten minutes to get down from the 36th floor to the ground floor. In fact, we even missed a restaurant reservation because of this. The hotel is huge and resembles the cheap hotels in Las Vegas. Upon arriving in the lobby, we were met with true crowds at any time of the day, resembling the Sé metro station in São Paulo at 6 PM on a Monday. The concierges apparently do not know what their profession entails. We needed help getting a shirt pressed and it took 15 hours (and some yelling) for the shirt to be collected from our room. When we asked one of the laundry staff for help solving this problem, we were told she couldn’t do anything about it. It’s a regrettable attitude and completely unprofessional for someone in customer service. We do not recommend this hotel, considering there are plenty of other hotels in Manhattan with better value for money.

Awesome and spacious accommodations! Place is so plush and lush! Even had my beloved bidet seat (I typically hate to leave home because I miss my bidet, but not this time!). GREAT LOCATION!!! Easy access to everything NYC. Lots of eateries close by, too.

The staff was amazing from start to finish! I love this place. It’s convenient to everything and the hotel offers a great bar and lounge. Sarina greeted us with a smile and was so helpful. The bar and lounge staff were also very welcoming. Thank you for a great weekend!

My spouse and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. We had some friends stay in the same hotel. It was perfect for many of the activities we did, Broadway, Dinner out, The MET, Rockefeller Center. They also had easy access to the subway for trips to 9/11 and other parts of the island. Everything was super easy, we always felt safe and well cared for.

The hotel location is close to subway, great restaurants, Broadway, Times Square. Taxis line up right outside for convenience, and Uber service always a minute or 2 away. Our studio bedroom on the 45th floor faces skyrises but honestly we didn't have time to admire the skyscrapers. Room was clean, has a small fridge, safe, 64 in TV. Bed was comfortable which was appreciated after walking all over. From the lobby staff to the Hilton Residences concierge, their service was top notch, very professional and knowledgeable. This made our short stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great location!! Walking distance to Times Square and many more including Central Park. The staff was friendly and a**osphere was inviting. Rooms were great with excellent views. Enjoyed time at our favorite Diner and our favorite pizza place .. Lots to choose from, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This is my second time staying here. The first time was last June 2022 and everything was wonderful- No complaints. This past time in March 2023. I would only give this place 3 stars. Hot water in the sink had to be run for 10 minutes before it even got hot and the cold water fixture could be lifted off of the sink counter and just dribbled out of the faucet. Maintenance was notified- They supposedly came while we were not in the room and fixed it but the problem was never fixed. This was reported to management (Eric) where I was told they would look for another room for us and would get back to me, no one ever contacted me again. The room was dusty, mold in the shower, was left no coffee or tea to make the next morning. The people sitting at the desk were always kind and nice and greeted you when you came up to the floor. We were so excited to stay here again, but was very disappointed with the room accommodations, the cleanliness of the room, and just the basic necessity of having hot water without waiting for 10 minutes. This is supposed to be a top notch place to stay. I think there are better options out there in NYC that I would explore first. My mother is a Hilton timeshare owner (not in NYC), but disappointed on the room upkeep and no follow up from mgmt regarding these issues.

I am a frequent guest and I have to say that the staff is absolutely outstanding. The entire staff remembers your name; the room is always ready and expertly cleaned. Natasha Pilgrim is a pure delight and a consummate professional and goes out of her way to help, and has a delightful sense of humor. Her co-workers are absolutely fabulous as well. The owners lounge staff are very friendly and are always willing to help and go the extra step. They do the best they can with the same old lounge food (lack of variety) by giving it a nice presentation. The entire frontline staff is outstanding and provides the quality of customer service that I’ve not see at any other HGVC property. They truly make you feel at home.
