During our first night, the thermostat in the room would not turn off the heat and was stuck at 85 and the window would not open to get air– we called at 2 am for assistance and the first response was to bring a fan while we insisted on changing rooms— ultimately, we moved by 3 am but not without our pushing that this was just untenable. When it was addressed the next morning, we were given 20% off our first night- a total of about $50 after enduring unbelievable discomfort for hours and we were staying for 3 more nights We then got to a new room, where the sink wouldnt drain, making us have to time brushing our teeth so the sink wouldnt over flow. Location is great, but experience and quality of the hotel was not good. Would not stay again.
