Not as good as last year unfortunately ! Was here in January last year, requested again a high floor with Park Ave view for the 3 day weekend. Did not get that but a lower floor, 6th with side street view. Room desk chair had a cracked handle and a big stain on seat. Floor staff were loud on first morning at 8 AM and on, moving, stocking, doors opening and closing plus some talking. Asked for ice upon arrival, valet/doorman said he would have it sent, never received. Internet charge of $10 a day, got to be kidding me, include it in your room charge, don't be petty. TV has few options, worst choices possible. Room was comfortable, bed and bath very good with nice amenities. Room cleaning well done. Took items out of the refrigerator for our bottle of wine and water. At checkout all those items were on the bill, they did take them off. Billing is strange, I prepaid but had 2 charges of $300 on my card at departure, took several days to come off. My overall opinion is this new owner Prince group trying to make you not come back ! Needs a total improvement from this year compared to last year.

Wi-Fiが有料なのは残念です

日本人スタッフがいるのがとても心強く、助かりました。いまやwifiは無料のところが大半なので1日9ドルかかる部屋のインターネットサービスは少し高く感じました。部屋が落ち着いた雰囲気で良いのですが仕事をする時にデスクをしっかりと照らせるライトがあると嬉しいです。

The room was clean and confortable. It did not have a bottle of water for the guest.

Writing update in lobby January has proved to be a great time to see NYC and Kitano has proved to be a great place to stay very happy with all aspects but did not eat in ,too much choice close by.

We have stayed in more than 10 different Manhattan hotels over 20 years and this was by far the best. Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, large rooms. Convenient but quiet location in East Midtown/Murray Hill. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located near grand central and is by far a nice hotel to stay in

Het hotel was heerlijk, de service was top. Boor wifi op de kamer moesten we helaas betalen. De matras van het bed had beter gekund.

The property is great and kept in ship shape condition. It is extremely well located within walking distance of Grand Central Station. The rooms are large enough and comfortable. The only thing to be sorry about is that our room was right next to the storage closet of the cleaning ladies, so we had a lot of noise starting early in the morning.
