諾里譚酒店(Nolitan Hotel SoHo - New York)

The window in my room was so dirty I could hardly see out. The fridge was so loud. Worn out facilities. So, so towels, and kinda rough. Had the cleaning team walk in while I was showing without announcing themselves and manages to unbolt my door. Offered nothing to make it better.

Le personnel est charmant. L’hôtel est vétuste. Sa situation est bonne. Malheureusement pour avoir de l’eau chaude, il faut toujours téléphoner à la réception pour en avoir et elle reste à température acceptable.… il faut laisser couler l’eau entre cinq et huit minutes pour avoir une eau tiède … La chambre est petite, la mienne donnait sur un immeuble la 701 je ne la recommande pas.

Stayed at the Nolitan 5-6 years ago and LOVED it. Now… not as much. Service was slow and un attentative. Asked for a plate and spoon to my room for early self catered breakfast. . They said they didn’t have any but that they’d arrange to have ut sent to my room. But no. Nothing. Also dispite big signs in the rooms about no smoking the lobby and front desk smelled heavily of ****… what’s the policy with employees over guests..? Room felt dated. Upkeeping not done. Wouldn’t stay again unfortunately

My stay at the Nolitan was just OK. The room was small but functional and clean, however there was so much street noise that it was difficult to sleep. There is no breakfast onsite, and the staff pulled the coffee that was put out by 9:15. Did not appreciate the fact that the rooftop bar was only available by reservation with no preference given to arriving guests of the hotel.

L’hôtel est super très bien placé, quartier vivant avec plein de restaurant et boutiques autour. Vraiment je recommande cet hôtel. Personnel adorable. Seul bémol la literie pas très confortable.

I was staying here while my apartment was being renovated. It was literally day to day not knowing when I would get back into my apartment. Staff here was great, check in easy, and they did all they could to make my stay pleasant, even when I had to check out and then back in. The hotel is located in my neighborhood which is awesome and it has a very hip yet comfortable vibe. I was in a total of 4 different rooms. All stylishly appointed. My favorites are on the the upper floors (6-9)with a balcony. Great views of the neighborhood, the Williamsburg and uptown. Big shout out to all who made my stay a pleasure: Tamira, Issac, Jason, Sebastian, and Tanya. The front desk staff was amazing.

Love this great little spot. Always stay here when I’m in the city. Staff is fantastic and neighborhood is wonderful. Feels like home!

We arrived here to find the room was having a balcony built or refurbished. 1. There was no mention of a balcony 2. The windows between the balcony and the room were temporary plastic perspex! The balcony had scaffolding all around it meaning anyone from the street could climb up on to my balcony and just kick in the plastic Perspex! Reception said they will refund the room but not the first nights stay, even though we only spent 2 minutes in there. Spoke with franz from ********** who agreed with the hotel!! I explained you sold me something yhat was not advertised! She then promised a full refund but said she couldn't put it in writing because she cant send emails!!?? Very odd. Waiting for my refund still…

Adorable hotel. Small rooms, but enough space to feel comfortable. The views of the city from the room and especially the roof top deck are fabulous. So many great places to eat in walking distance. Definitely a new favorite .
