Amazing location, nice stay highly recommended and the doorman were very helpful

This place is a gem! It can be a bit congested in the lobby, but to be fair, there was a big wedding party that commanded a lot of space and attention. The facility and staff handled it brilliantly. Otherwise, everything about the hotel is perfect. Great neighborhood! Lots of outstanding dining options. Gramercy Tavern, arguably NYC’s best restaurant, is less than a 10 minute walk. Great Indian food around the corner, as well as the ever-popular bagel spot next door. If the crowd is too much, there’s a new one around the corner, 1 1/2 blocks down Park Ave. that’s equally good and still undiscovered. There’s even a barber shop next door! Anyone old enough to remember when hotels and clubs had barber shops where you could get a shave? (Not sure they do that) Whole Foods is a block and a half. If you ask, the staff will grab you a fridge for the room. My room faced an unscenic inner courtyard. It was just industrial. But guess what: super quiet! I kept a basket of fruit in my room I picked up from the fruit vendor out front. I wish the restaurant and had longer hours. Opens late. Closes early. But heck, it’s there if you want it. I’ll be back many times. I’m in NYC frequently. I think I found my new home away from home.

The walls of the room were incredibly thin, so much so that I could hear the guest in the room next to me coughing. Its understandable that I will hear people as they walk by, but I could hear the slightest noises and even the elevator button was discernible. I was not able to get good sleep, which was disappointing, as I was there for important business.

What a gem of a hotel! Every single hotel employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. Wonderful rooftop bar! We loved the location—just a block from the 6 train which took us everywhere we needed to go. No refrigerator in the room but apparently you can request this. We will, next time.

small rooms but comfortable, noisy neighborhood. Staff more than willing to assist and ensure your stay is stellar. Lots of great restaurants connected to property and great place for a cocktail and terrific neighborhood, near Little India and Little Korea and walking distance to Eataly Market-Madison Square Park.

NYC is just darn expensive. This hotel is acceptable but nothing like what you’d get in another city for the same price. Small room, small bathroom. We were on 2nd floor, music was audible but could be covered if we kept the fan running. Couldn’t hear room nextdoor with fan on. Clean enough except filthy curtain. Nice area downstairs to eat takeout breakfast from nearby restaurants. Super close to subway which is nice.
