馬克酒店(The Mark New York)

El mejor hotel de New York! Viajo a NYC al menos 1 vez al año y he tenido la oportunidad de quedarme en varios hoteles y ninguno como The Mark. Sin duda las habitaciones más grandes que he visto. Servicio y personal excelente, te hacen sentir en casa. Ubicación ideal, restaurantes y gastronomía top y un ambiente muy acogedor. Muchos hoteles de la ciudad se sienten viejos y cansados mientras The Mark es un hotel con habitaciones de diseño fresco y moderno.

When we are in NYC, we always stay at our favourite hotel, The Mark. We just had some unforgettable days with the wonderful team of this lovingly run hotel. From A-Z everything is perfect - the rooms with their beautiful interior, the super friendly staff wherever you go, the very knowledgeable concierge desk with Maria and Suzana, we felt so welcome and at home every second of our stay. We cannot wait to return.

Staying at The Mark is always a treat. The staff treat you like they know you. They know if you've stayed with them before and they thank you for coming back. Front desk, bellmen, concierge and all other staff go out of their way to HELP. Rooms are beautiful, neighborhood is "old" New York and conveniently located and easy to get around from. Can't wait to return!

Over the years we have stayed in a number of 5* hotels in NYC. Finally we have found what we were looking for. 1. Extremely friendly staff from the moment you step out of your car. 2. Concierge team that went out of their way to arrange private guides, transport, wheelchairs, dinner reservations, airport transport and the like. 3. Lively bar and a nice restaurant. 4. Comfortable room and a twin basin bathroom with the best hotel shower I ever had! Luxury towels. Bed was perfect and the bar well stocked with drinks and snacks. 5. The hotel's hotdog stand outside the entrance is a treat. 6. Excellent turndown service. Lastly, this hotel feels like home and is highly recommended.

It was chaotic on arrival. I had asked for Coffee and tea on arrival and was not provided with it. Told there’s a machine in the room. Ordered room service and not very gracious. Asked to make a mix of vegetables and told there would be a charge for a plate of each. Are u kidding? For the cost of my suite I expect far better service. Supplies in the bathroom was meager. I have stayed at many five star hotels and this was surprising given the hype
