舒適套房酒店-近體育場(Comfort Inn & Suites Near Stadium)

L'albergo è carino, pulito, gli asciugamani vengono cambiati quotidianamente. Assolutamente negativa la colazione, decisamente scarna: col procedere della vacanza la scelta diminuiva, fino a non trovare più nulla, fatta eccezione per il pane in cassetta. Ciò è dovuto sicuramente anche alle razzie che abbiamo notato. Sarebbe bastato qualche controllo in più e un approvvigionamento più curato e costante.

Es muy buen hotel para qued**** cerca de muchos lugares y estaciones. La gerencia son excelentes. Lo único es que aveces se le olvida limpiar en el día y no dejan toallas hay que buscarlas pero de lo demás excelente.

The hotel was very clean the area was awful.I was also upset that I had no internet so my whole stay I was unable to watch Tv..The front desk claim there was nothing they could do.Because the owner wasnt there & all the rooms was sold out..Also the bathroom sink was stopped up

Tuvimos un detalle al momento de hacer el check in ya que en la tarjeta o aprecia el nombre, tuvimos que cancelar y hacer el pago en el momento con otra No ponían agua de cortesía en las habitaciones, en otros hoteles (de los mismos) en Houston o mcallen que los hemos visitado si las ponen

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! NOT CLEAN We found three body hairs in between the sheets NO FREE PARKING Ad said that parking was free when we arrived they charged us $35 MOTION LIGHT MALFUNCTIONING When you firsts enter the room the entry light is triggered by motion and automatically turns on for you. That seemed like a nice touch. But every 20 to 30 minutes with no motion in the room whatsoever the entry light would turn itself back on. We tried everything. We closed the blinds, closed the bathroom door, but to no avail the light came back on every 20 to 30 minutes waking us up each time it came on. We got this hotel because it was close to the airport in order to cut down on travel time and increase sleep prior to an early morning flight. We did not get any real sleep staying here. Long story short we will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

I advised front desk i will just be staying 2 hours and i had 2 cars, if there is any consideration instead of charging me $35 for each car. No consideration was still charged $70 for parking fo just 2 hours. She kept assigning different parking slots and when i get there, a car is already parked. Then had to go back to the front desk to let her know a car is parked on the space she assigned me to. Definitely not booking in this hotel again.

El servicio is okey pero la nevera de mi habitación no estaba funcionando, fui a from dest a decirles pero ellos no enviaron a nadie a resolver el problema, a la hora del check out ni me atendieron sólo mesonero deja la llave ahí y te puedes ir, entendí que no fue la mejor forma de hacer un check out
