Infested with roaches. Around 1-4am get out of your room and walk to the stairs, you’ll see roaches running around. Roaches in the bathroom, roaches coming in from outside, roaches hiding behind the refrigerator… we complained to the lady in the office following day and she just said they would clean the room because the roach we killed was still in the floor meaning housekeeping didn’t clean it and that’s it, no refund or nothing. Second night we left in the middle of the night and slept in the gas station next door in our car with our son and dog. Only gave us refund for the second night but not the first night because we stayed the night when we showed proof we called multiple hotels as far as 1 hour radius (over 12 different hotels, there was a tournament in the area and everything was booked) and the guy at the office said we can only handle it through trip.com. When trip.com called they lied saying we didn’t said anything, that the room was clean and that we were lying even though I showed the pictures of the roaches to him. Remember, if the place is cheap, there’s a reason. Read reviews, I didn’t saw other people complaining about the roaches until the second night.

It was a decent stay, wish the air on worked alittle better. The location was too bad either

I was nice and cozy in there . enjoyed my stay, just didn't like location. it was clean !!!!

Property didn't make me aware of 100$ deposit until there. Didn't seem to care that we had to make other arrangements.

So upon checking in i asked if there is a fridge and microwave in the room. I was told i needed to add 20$ in order to get a room equipped with that so I declined. I go in the room and room was OK, except for a few bugs crawling around and walls are very thin. You can hear pple moving around next door. Shower gel container was empty in the bathroom and had to call the front desk using my cellphone because room phone was not working. Was told to go down and get some and when i got there there was none in front desk. The manager calmly told me they do not offer shower gels or soap. So what am i booking your hotel for if i cant take a shower with soap. He said to call corporate because its against their policy. That was BS. I had to drive to 10 min to a 7/11 at 11pm to buy soap in order to shower. But they don't have a problem demanding 20$ for a fridge or microwave in the room. Was very disappointed. Do not book this place unless bringing your own soap to shower.

No microwave. No refrigerator. People roaming around outside throughout the night arguing, cursing,smoking etc... also had marginally hot water for shower and the mattress should have been replaced years ago.

The staff was very friendly. The one bed may have been questionable but we didn’t need two beds anyway. I’m sure it would have been addressed had we said something.

The property was very nice. Although, the service was terrible. Refused to give back my deposit to the correct credit card.
